Great location, clean rooms, and a pleasant stay overall.
Pros:

Excellent location and very clean throughout. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Although this is not a traditional hotel and uses self check-in, everything worked smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though they are only present during breakfast hours.

The breakfast was okay, enough to start the day, but not a major highlight. Overall, it's a small, pleasant hotel that is perfect for visiting Cluj. I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.

Mooie plek, prima kamers, maar erg onpersoonlijk contactloos hotel.
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig. Aan de rand van de voetgangerszone in het centrum. Bussen en taxi's zijn om de hoek. De familiekamer was ruim, voor 2 personen met een prima bed en een grote badkamer. Het ontbijt was oké. Niet top, maar ook niet slecht.

Cons:

Het is een contactloos hotel. Dat werd helemaal niet duidelijk uit de omschrijvingen van booking. De ochtend van aankomst kregen we een mail waarbij je je moest registreren bij een app voor de code van de buitendeur en later een voor de kamerdeur. Die laatste werkte niet, gelukkig kon een aanwezige schoonmaakster ons helpen. Een ander stel had een dag later hetzelfde euvel. Voelde onpersoonlijk en als ik het had geweten had ik het waarschijnlijk niet geboekt. De kamer is in vier nachten niet schoongemaakt. En tenslotte: de trappen (er is geen lift) zijn voor iemand die slecht ter been is, lastig.

Pros:

Супер централно разположен хотел, отлично реновирана сграда. Впечатлява дизайнерското изпълнение на банята - просторна, с модерни плочки и walk-in душ кабина, с плътни и пухкави кърпи. Удобно легло, професионална кафе-машина с предвидени капсули. Има и плодове на разположение на гостите, както в стаите, така и в общите части. Закуската също беше добра и разнообразна.

Cons:

Имах големи главоболия със самостоятелната регистрация през приложението. Първо, че е само на румънски, което е пропуск в настройките от страна на администраторите. Бях резервирала три стаи за единично ползване - при всяко следващо въвеждане изчезваха предишните данни. Така се озовахме с три стаи, в които в променливи комбинации присъстваха имената на двете ми колежки, но не и моето име. Комуникирах неколкократно през чата относно нуждата да ми бъде издадена фирмена фактура. Потвърдиха ми, включително на живо също казах, имаше човек от хотела по време на закуската. В крайна сметка не бяха коригирали имената и фактурите за трите стаи бяха с имената на двете ми колежки.
Друг притеснителен момент бяха условията за настаняване - пишеше, че кодът за настаняване е валиден до полунощ. Ние пристигахме с късен полет, какво щяхме да правим ако полетът беше закъснял и мине 00:00 часа, докато пристигнем?
Хората с тежки багажи трябва да имат предвид, че няма асансьор, което е нормално при историческа триетажна сграда.
Моята стая на третия етаж преди е била конферентна стая, както сочеше табелката. Бяха я оставили отворена, вместо да залепят бележка с номера на стаята. Имах известен период на колебания къде ми е стаята, защо тази стая е с отворена врата, надявам се, че са го оправили.
