Pros:

Posizione ottima, personale.gentile, stanza rinnovata recentemente, pulita, conplessivamente buon tapporto qualità/ prezzo.

Cons:

Non era chiaro fosse uno smart-hotel. Non c'è parcheggio, neanche prenotando e non c'è ascensore. Con tanti bagagli e per un pernottamento solo può risultare scomodo.

Beliggenheten var topp. Rett ved alle restauranter, barer og severdigheter.

Cons:

Det er ikke noe personale på hotellet, bare kodelås. Det kan være greit hvis man vet det når man bestiller, da skjønner man hvilken type hotell det er. Frokosten var veldig dårlig. Ekstremt dårlig utvalg. Aircondition kunne ikke stilles på (som vi fant ut i alle fall) og det var veldig varmt på rommet.
Badet hadde ikke noe dør, så rommet ble veldig fuktig da vi dusjet. Ikke behagelig.

Our stay was exceptional overall and we totally recommend this place.
Pros:

Everything was nice, clean, and complete. We had everything we needed and the breakfast was more than enough to give us a good start of the day. Polite and professional staff helping us with things we needed. For one night it meant everything to be close to nice attractions, shops, transportation, etc. Wish we had stayed more.

Big plus for us: We were given the option to check-in about one hour and half earlier and the day we had our flight in the evening we were allowed to leave our luggage there while we walked around the beautiful city. Really grateful for this! ❤️❤️

Great location, but the breakfast and TV experience need improvement.
Pros:

Great location, within walking distance of the city center. The room was clean, comfortable, and check-in was easy.

Cons:

The TV did not offer HD channels, which was disappointing. Also, the breakfast felt quite basic and could be improved with a wider variety and better quality.

Great place to stay in old town Cluj.
Pros:

Fantastic location right near Museum Square, the beautiful Franciscan Monastery and lots of good bars and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Smart modern boutique hotel accessed with a code which worked well. Good continental breakfast.

Cons:

All good.

Cons:

It is not 4 star hotel it is more like AirBnB.
No elevatior, no reception, no safe, no chair, bed was narrow. They didn't makeup or clean our room all our stay 3 nights.
Breakfast is very basic no warm dishes.
