Good stay.
Pros:

It's located close to all attractions, so you can visit them on foot.

Cons:

The bathroom isn't that great; the water from the shower was all around...

Район лучше не придумать - тихая улица, метро рядом. Тапочки, чайник в номере, кухня доступна. Каналы на ТВ со всего мира.

Cons:

Омрачило немного: неработающий без ручного удержания удлинитель , и намокающая штора в душе ( соответственно мокрый пол ).

Pros:

This hotel is located in a very quiet place yet close to the centre. It's very cozy and you can sit outside in the evening enjoying a glass of wine which you need to buy at the supermarket. The kitchen is open and you can cook breakfast yourself. The host is very friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay while visiting Tbilisi.

Everything was fine, no complaints from our side

Понравилось всё - от чистоты в комнате до очень удобного расположения! За 15 минут можно пешком дойти до Старого Тбилиси. Хозяева невероятно приветливые и добрые люди, по любому вопросу можно обратиться и они помогут! Рядом магазин, аптека, пекарни и рестораны, автобусные остановки и метро. Утром тишина, спокойствие и благодать, наливаешь себе чай и сидишь во дворе наслаждаешься.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und haben viele tolle Reisetipps sowie Ingormationen über Land und Leute erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Garten war ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsort. Auch die Küche wsr gut eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral und man konnte zu Fuss oder mit dem Öffentlichen Verkehr alles gut erreichen.
