Čistota pokoje a vybavení

Cons:

Neudržované okolí, na stolech použité nádobí, které si myslím má personál odnášet ihned po uvolnění stolu, jídelní lístek pouze v angličtině, pro ubytované hosty při větší návštěvnosti hlavně hostů z ciziny, není rezervace u stolů.....

Sehr besondere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit..das schloss ist groß und man konnte es auf eigene Faust erkunden. Schöne hohe Räume, das Essen sehr gut und großzügige Portionen.

Cons:

Leider keine kostenlosen Parkplätze.

Lokalita

Cons:

Čistota v hotelu a hlavně v restauraci je katastrofální. A kuchyň vydává opravdu nedobré jídlo. Čtyřhvězdičkový hotel to není ani omylem. Body sbírá personál za ochotu, většina byla velmi příjemná a milá.

Miejsce w samym centrum Ceskego Raju. Przystępne ceny w hotelowej restauracji. Bezpieczny Parking dla rowerów. Bardzo miła i przyjemna obsługa. Sniadanie super.

Nieprzyjemny zapach z wentylacji. Zaniedbana i brudna klatka schodowa. Cena nie współmierna do jakości.
