Pros:

Great people, great room - we had a kitchenette which was perfect, great location easy to get to. Beach was great. Beach was well maintained every morning and loads of shells, great surf. Can walk forever on that beach.

It was a great hotel with nice views and good staff
Pros:

The staff was nice and recommended different places to eat, and see while we were in town. The place was right on the ocean, so we could just walk out to the ocean.

Cons:

No elevator, we were on the 3rd floor so that kinda sucked, but it was said in the listing.

Beautiful view, great atmosphere!
Pros:

The location and the room was great. We would definitely stay again! The view was AMAZING! Very chill atmosphere and the bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

Very limited parking and there's no other free parking in the area. No elevators and the AC struggled a bit to keep up with the heat.

Friendly, clean, quiet place to relax.
Pros:

We have stayed here for the last 6 years and it always is a nice quiet mom and pop run hotel. No frills, just a clean comfortable and friendly place. The pool is beautiful with lots of patio space and the ocean is right out the door.

Cons:

My wife and I have never had a bad stay here.

Best hotel we stayed in Treasure Island so far
Pros:

Loved how clean and complete the room was. We had stove, MW and fridge. The beach was right behind hotel and the pool was nice and clean. Overall A+++
