Pros:

Spacious apartment. It has 3 rooms, all with double beds and are not small. The apartment only has one air conditioner at the living room, however, it provides sufficient cooling effect for the 2 rooms adjacent to the living room. We had not used the third room which is not near to the living room, so we do not know the cooling effect of that room. All rooms have heaters for winter season. The apartment is basically clean. However I had found some dirt in the small gap between the bed and the wall.

Supermarket, restaurants are within 10 minutes walk. The apartment provided one car parking space at ground floor of the building for free use, which is very convenient to people with car. The apartment is not near to tourist area. However, it is not difficult and far to go there by car or by public transport. I am very satisfied with the apartment. You will difficult to find similar apartment at Sapporo at the price.

Pros:

The apartment had parking, communication with the owner was fast and easy, there is a bus stop and a big supermarket very close.

The apartment had good size and was comfortable to stay as a family

Cons:

The apartment lacked basic amenities - we didn't even have a dishes sponge to clean the dishes, the amount of dishes was very small and wasn't enough for a family of 4. When coming for several nights it can be very uncomfortable that I have to purchase them myself.

The furniture was old, the dining table had so many marks on it

おしゃれでお得で快適な民泊
Pros:

とても丁寧な案内のおかげでチェックインもスムーズに行えました。おしゃれでお部屋やお風呂も広くて快適でした。ロケーションも近くにアークス、ローソン、路面電車もあるので大通へのアクセスも簡単で不便なことは全くなく、とても過ごしやすかったです。

Cons:

ベッドが少し固く、そして頭が下、足が上のように傾斜になっていたので少し寝心地は悪かった気がします。
上の住人が夜中どんどんうるさかったです。
ゴミはお部屋の外に出せないので、長期宿泊の方には少しお勧めはできないかもしれません。(お部屋臭くなります)
お風呂に椅子があったらもっと嬉しかったかもです。

Cons:

部屋に入ると清掃が終わっていなかった。
ベッドもそのまま
ゴミもそのまま、清掃がはいってもなんか気持ち悪く
