Warm welkom en behulpzaamheid door Marco
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid en betrokkenheid van gastheer Marco. Super enthousiast en meedenkend. Supertof dat Marco zorgde dat er om 04:15 uur !!!!! koffie en een lunchpakket klaar stond voor ons om mee te nemen maar Lago di Braies.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, hotel was heel sfeervol ingericht beneden, alleen onze slaapkamer hadden we iets meer luxe verwacht, nu was het typisch Oostenrijks ingericht. Prijs kwaliteit viel ons een beetje tegen, maar de vriendelijkheid maakte een hoop goed.

L'emplacement est super, le personnel vraiment gentil, la décoration du restaurant très soignée et qui met de bonne humeur. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le petit déjeuner vraiment bon avec beaucoup de choix.

Unerwartet toller Aufenthalt

Absolute Empfehlung, so viel Liebe zum Detail erlebt man selten. Zimmer sehr sauber, geräumig und schön, Lage und Ausblick traumhaft.
Absolutes Highlight ist aber das Frühstück und Abendessen. So viel Hingabe bei der Dekoration des Speiseraums und des Buffets, vor allem auch die persönlichen Botschaften mit kleinen Sprüchen sind absolut liebenswert. Das Abendessen hat höchste Qualität und eine tolle Auswahl, so dass man das Gefühl hat, in einem gehobenen Restaurant zu sein. Kombiniert mit der Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber und einem schönen Wellnessbereich, gibt es keinen Grund, dieses Hotel nicht zu mögen.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Fijn terrasje met uitzicht op dorp en bergen. Ruime kamer en grote badkamer en balkon. Diner/ontbijtzaal liefelijk gedecoreerd met veel verse bloemen. Verfijnde keuken.

Cons:

Er viel niets tegen. Om een 9 te geven had ik graag koffie/thee op de kamer en handzeep in de badkamer gehad.

Hotel molto curato, pulito e con un gusto particolare nell'arredo, sicuramente memorabile! Staff gentile, colazione e cena di buon livello, camera spaziosa. Torneremo!

Sono abituata ad andare in hotel dove l'accesso alla spa / piscina / zona benessere è per soli adulti, qui sono accessibili anche ai bambini, non si ha quindi una atmosfera rilassante. Sono indicati degli orari in cui l'accesso è per soli adulti, ma non vengono rispettati dagli ospiti (o almeno non lo sono stati quando siamo andati io e il io compagno)

Eine wirklich zu empfehlende Unterkunft, wo wir immer wieder gern zurückkehren würden

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen Lage. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Herausragend ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Man fühlte sich wie in einer kleinen Familie. Alles war liebevoll dekoriert und zu jeder Mahlzeit hatte man kleine Überraschungen in Form von Zitaten, frisch gepflückten Blumen und Decoelementen auf dem Tisch.
