Very happy with the stay. Convenient walk to downtown on a quiet street.
Pros:

Simple vreakfast. Would have appreciated some protein (ie eggs) but it was otherwise fine.

Cons:

Pouca calefação no inverno. Estava muito frio e o único aquecedor de parede não dava conta, era muito velho.

A funcionária recepcionista, Rosa foi a todo o tempo desinteressada nas respostas e soluções de tudo.

O berço que pedímos para a filha menor de 2 anos estava quebrado dos dois lados. Não tinham outro e não deram solução.

O café da manhã o pior já visto em todos lugares que já ficamos.

Não tem elevador. Tivemos que subir dois andares com muitas malas e equipamentos.

Tava tudo tão ruim que fomos embora 2 dias antes de completar as 5 estadias e se quer nos perguntaram porque e nem se despediram quando falamos que estávamos indo.

Inacreditável o atendimento ruim.

Cero proactivos. Mi esposo tuvo un accidente producto de las malas condiciones en la entrada de la hostería. Llego al hospital. Cuando ocurrió el hecho si no pido ayuda nadie lo hace. No tenían protocolo de accidente ni primeros auxilios, ni un parche curita ofrecieron, tuve que pedir hielo y después que reclamé respondieron “disculpas” pero ni siquiera un acto de cortesía por el susto y mal rato. Pésimo
