Würde ich nicht wieder machen
Cons:

Obwohl „Hundefreundlich“ angegeben war, hatten wir das Gefühl mit Hund nicht willkommen zu sein, wir wurden teils nicht mal gegrüßt. Die Hälfte hatte Angst, die anderen mieden uns, es war nur eine einzige Frau nett zu uns und unserem Hund.
Die Klimaanlage hat bei unserer Ankunft nicht funktioniert - bei 38 Grad eher nicht so toll.
Der Wäsche Service lässt zu wünschen übrig, ein Tshirt fehlte danach, die anderen Sachen waren verknittert.
Das Frühstück ist sehr mager für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie und frische Eier wurden uns erst am zweiten Tag angeboten, als mehr Gäste ankamen, um einen zweiten Cappuccino zu bekommen musste man das halbe Hotel nach Personal absuchen.
Kein wirklicher Service vorhanden. Davon abgesehen, dass das Personal abends auf der Terrasse neben den Gästen Speisen vom Lieferdienst isst, die Hotelgäste aber nicht bedient bzw. teilweise nicht mal grüsst - irgendwie unangemessen für diese Kategorie.
Wir waren in vielen Hotels dieser Kategorie und auch wenn berücksichtigt wird, dass das Land bzgl Tourismus noch am Anfang ist, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist grottig und dieses Haus hat wenig mit 4-5 Sterne Häusern gemein.
Sterne fangen beim Service an, und der war einfach schlecht.

Parfait !
Pros:

L’accueil est vraiment parfait, on se fait accompagner jusqu’à notre chambre. Le personnel d'accueil était gentil et à l'écoute merci !
Le fait de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner face à la montagne c’est exceptionnel.

Bilo je divno, ambijent,soba, doručak…
Pros:

Sve je bilo odlično, smještaj, doručak, ljubazna domačica koja nam je detaljno objasnila sve atrakcije i znamenitosti koje vrijedi vidjeti.

Cons:

Baš sve, preporuke za buduče goste, mi se sigurno opet vračamo.

الهدوء والبعد عن المدينة لمن يريد الاسترخاء، الاخت سابينة وكذلة كافة الطاقم متعاونين جداً ، عدلت حجزي والغيت يوم بدون مقابل ، ومذلك تعطلت سيارتي ، وقاموا بالتواصل مع مختص من معارفهم بشكل سريع ،،

الافطار متنوع وممتاز ، وكذلك المكان نظيف جداً واهتمام بالتفاصيل الصغيرة


لاتخص مكان الاقامة فقط للتنويه

عند وضع اللوكيشن كتابه كامل الاسم للمنتجع ، لاني اخترت UNA RESORT ، بدلا من ‏UNA RESORT PARK ، حيث انه يبعد مايقارب ساعه ونص من مكان الإقامة الحالي

Pros:

Sehr schönes, neues Hotel in der Natur.
Ideal zum Wandern oder erkunden des Naturparkes.

Empfehlung für den Una Park
Pros:

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel im Una Nationalpark. Wir waren mit zwei Motorrädern da, die auf dem Hof abgestellt werden konnten. Trotz der späten Anreise haben wir im Restaurant noch warmes Essen bekommen. Die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück reichlich und sehr lecker. Das Beste aber ist das Personal. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Auf alle Fälle eine Empfehlung wert.
