Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the shared toilet looks disgusting.
Absolutely amazing staff. The manager went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The manager was so welcoming. You cannot beat this place. A family feel and a pleasure to stay here. What a fantastic manager. Cannot recommend enough! Thanks again!

Close to the AO Arena and train station.
It wasn’t a bad stay I just think it was not worth the 80£ i paid, the single room was fine with a boiler coffee tea. The floor is fully carpet which didn’t feel like cleanest option. There’s only a room with one bathroom and toilet for the whole floor, I don’t know if it’s me but i could not figure out the shower system that was not the one in a usual shower, the temperature was either BOILING or freezing cold, you cannot put paper down the toilet or it clogs. I know that it’s written on the booking that it’s over a pub and there’s a lot of noise, until 1am yes but that wasn’t the most noise, the worse was the outside noise of the streets all night the windows are not even a little soundproof, it felt like i was sleeping in the street, if it was cheaper all of this would be more acceptable.
Excellent location right in the city centre near Piccadilly. The staff were nice
Rather noisy due to traffic and people talking loud in the street but this is to be expected in a city. Also no carpets and creaky floors so you can hear other guests walking around
