It’s dirty and they are rude, I stayed almost 2 weeks and never had my room cleaned nor did I ever receive clean towels even after asking multiple times

Room was affordable and front clerk tried to her hardest to help me.
We rented 3 rooms. One of the room belonging to my son and niece's was not ready. We arrived at 7:30 / 8 and upon entering the bed looked slept in and dirty with hairs. The restroom was also dirty. After talking to the front desk she assured us it would get cleaned and apologized. But the girl they sent insisted the bed was not slept in and said the room was clean. We asked if she could please provide clean sheets and clean the restroom. She walked away with attitude back to the front desk. We waited an hour and nothing. After 2 and a half hours of waiting, I asked for a refund and sent my son and niece to a nearby hotel so they could rest. It has been a week and still no refund. Booking is awaiting for hotel to approve my request. And hotel keeps saying they will let the manager know. I have been calling everyday but still nothing. ☹️ AND I wasn't the only one unsatisfied that weekend. Another couple told me their room was flirty dirty and made them change them to another room. Unfortunately, when we asked they did not have any other rooms available. All we wanted was the room cleaned and fresh bedding.
Pets allowed
The room was hot and floor moist from AC not on upon arrival. Room messed of urine. I have asthma and made it difficult to breath. The shower was dirty and full of hair. No microwave, no frig, no coffee maker. Bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't move the next day. Worse experience ever. I've been to another motel 6 in SA and it was nothing like this one. So disappointed and disgusted

The TV didn't work or the outlets . Or the phone and there was no shower curtain
The property was decent nice environment
I did not like that I paid extra for early check in and was told that the room was not ready and when I called 2 hours later at 1 pm the room was still not ready and was told to wait another hour or two. And no one came to check on towels or toiletries I had to by and wash my own. Also I paid a $50 deposit and did not get a return. I turned in the key and left the room picked up and just needed bed change swept mopped and wiped down. And nothing thing my key card stopped working 32 hours before my check out time.
Tge staff here has a way to remove you from being able to get the booking.com price. Assign as I got my 20% discount my app started messing up. Then this week, I had to go through a different site to pay because it wouldnt work at all. Ive always paid on time and followed the rules; but this place is sheisty. No microwaves or fridges, broken windows, no laundry room or linens provided.
