Eher Scam als ein Hotel wie bei Booking beschrieben.
Pros:

Leider entsprach das Hotel in mehreren wesentlichen Punkten nicht der Beschreibung und den Angaben auf Booking.com.

Für unseren Aufenthalt von fünf Nächten wurde uns über Booking.com ein Gesamtpreis von 750,00 € angezeigt. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch 790,00 € bezahlen, ohne dass uns die Preisdifferenz von 40,00 € nachvollziehbar erklärt wurde.

Darüber hinaus hatten wir ausdrücklich ein Deluxe-Zimmer für den gesamten Aufenthalt gebucht. Nach unserer Ankunft wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass wir dieses Zimmer lediglich für eine Nacht nutzen könnten und anschließend in ein Apartment umziehen müssten. Als ich mir das vorgesehene Apartment ansah, Fotos davon machte und dem Manager mitteilte, dass ich diese Abweichung bei Booking.com melden werde, wurde uns nur wenige Minuten später plötzlich mitgeteilt, dass wir doch für den gesamten Aufenthalt in unserem ursprünglich gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmer bleiben könnten.

Auch die Darstellung des angeblichen Privatstrandes entsprach aus unserer Sicht nicht den Angaben bzw. dem Eindruck, der bei der Buchung vermittelt wurde. Der Strand befindet sich nicht direkt am Hotel und ist auch nicht unmittelbar mit der Hotelanlage verbunden. Stattdessen wurden wir mit einem Buggy mehrere Kilometer zu einem abgelegenen Bereich in einem Waldstück gefahren, an dem sich etwas Sand und einige Liegen befinden. Dieser Bereich wird vom Hotel als „Privatstrand“ bezeichnet.

Insgesamt gab es somit erhebliche Abweichungen zwischen der gebuchten bzw. dargestellten Leistung und den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Besonders enttäuschend war für uns, dass erst nach unserer ausdrücklichen Beschwerde und der Ankündigung, die Situation zu dokumentieren und an Booking.com weiterzugeben, eine Lösung bezüglich unseres gebuchten Zimmers gefunden wurde.

Pros:

The kitchen was clean, well-maintained, and the food was delicious. It was also quiet and peaceful. Overall, the hotel had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and the pleasant service.

The staff, especially the kitchen staff, were very friendly and helpful, and I was generally satisfied with their service.
However, the cleaning of the room, bathroom and toilet was very disappointing. During our 9-day stay, the room was not properly cleaned. The sheets were changed and the floor . The shampoo and soap were not replenished even after they ran out.
I expected much better housekeeping service, especially for a 9-day stay

Pros:

Gjithçka ishte në nivelin e duhur, duke filluar nga personeli i hotelit që ishin shum të sjellshëm e deri te çdo lloj shërbimi që ofronte hoteli. Nëse edhe vitin e ardhshëm vendos që të bëj pushime në Shëngjin, nuk e kisha ndruar hotelin aspak.

Hotel molto bello, staff adorabile e disponibile, bene anche il ristorante interno.

Cons:

Due dettagli: il volume della musica in piscina un po' troppo alto al pomeriggio, e il fatto che non sia previsto poter rientrare in hotel dalla spiaggia privata anche al mattino.
