Uma experiência simplesmente excelente, e sem dúvida um dos melhores alojamentos onde já fiquei. É um negócio familiar e isso nota-se desde o primeiro momento: o ambiente é muito acolhedor e todos os colaboradores foram extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos e prestáveis durante toda a estadia.
Sempre que precisei de alguma coisa, estavam disponíveis para ajudar e, inclusive, fiz alguns pedidos especiais para os quais deixei claro que não havia qualquer problema caso não fosse possível concretizá-los. Ainda assim, fizeram sempre o possível para atender aos meus pedidos, o que demonstra uma enorme preocupação com o bem-estar dos hóspedes e com a qualidade do serviço.
O quarto tinha tudo o que era necessário, estava confortável e bem preparado. O pequeno-almoço foi outro dos pontos altos da estadia: muito completo, saboroso e com várias opções de comida tradicional, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial.
Também foi uma grande vantagem terem aberto recentemente um restaurante nas proximidades, o que tornou as refeições muito mais práticas e acrescentou ainda mais valor à estadia.
Outro detalhe que merece ser destacado foi a disponibilidade para ajudar com as atividades. Chegaram inclusive a disponibilizar transporte para algumas atividades sem qualquer custo adicional, algo que sinceramente não estava à espera e que fez toda a diferença.
Quero deixar uma especial referência à Alba, que foi a pessoa que mais vezes nos recebeu e acompanhou durante a estadia. Sempre extremamente simpática, disponível, profissional e pronta para resolver qualquer questão. Foi muitas vezes a nossa primeira pessoa de contacto e tratou de tudo com uma atenção e dedicação incríveis.
Saio desta estadia com uma excelente impressão e com a sensação de que fomos realmente tratados como hóspedes e não apenas como clientes. As 10 estrelas são totalmente merecidas, não só pelas instalações e serviços, mas sobretudo pelo trabalho, dedicação e simpatia de toda a equipa.

Very clean hotel with kind staff

Një hotel shumë i këndshëm ku ndihemi gjithmonë si në shtëpi. Kemi ardhur edhe vitin e kaluar dhe u rikthyem përsëri këtë vit, sepse kemi pasur një përvojë shumë të mirë.

Dhomat janë të pastra, të rehatshme dhe të mirëmbajtura. Mëngjesi është gjithmonë i freskët dhe shumë i shijshëm. Pronarët janë njerëz shumë të sjellshëm, miqësorë dhe të përzemërt, që e bëjnë qëndrimin edhe më të veçantë.

Një vend ku kthehesh me kënaqësi. Faleminderit për mikpritjen dhe kujdesin, do të rikthehemi përsëri!

Het is de tweede keer dat wij dit hotel bezoeken. De kamer en de badkamer zijn super schoon, de bedden zijn comfortabel, het internet deed heel goed. De eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ten alle tijden bereid om je van dienst te zijn. Het ontbijt elke ochtend was super lekker en divers. De kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt. De informatie op de site komt overeen met de werkelijkheid. Kortom een aanrader.

The room was excellent: spacious, modern, and everything felt brand new. It was cleaned every day, and we had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The owner and her family were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. They even gave me a ride to the city center a few times, which I really appreciated. They made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Alva and her team made us feel at home from the very first day. Everything was spotless, smelled fresh, and was exceptionally well maintained. The view from our room was beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious food every morning.

The location was perfect for us, and having private parking was a great advantage. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarandë. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

Me and my partner had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff were exceptional, specially Alva and Vala! Genuinely warm, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. They gave us fantastic local recommendations for beaches and restaurants which really made our trip even more special. If you want authenticity there are your people! And do listen to Alva's recommendations, including for activities.
The room was spotlessly clean! And good AC in 35 degrees C 😁

The breakfast was another standout! Every morning there was a great selection of fresh, delicious, homemade food, always varying. Vala is an extraordinary Albanian cook, and I already miss her morning food so much! Everything they have is organic, from their bit of cultivated land behind the hotel, just amazing!

The combination of outstanding hospitality, excellent service and a fantastic breakfast made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, we would happily stay here again on our next visit to Sarandë!

Our stay at Hotel Lidi in Sarandë was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel at home right away.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. One thing we especially appreciated was that the rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard, ensuring everything remained fresh and tidy throughout our stay. The hotel itself is well cared for and provides a relaxing atmosphere for guests.

What truly makes Hotel Lidi special is the owner and staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need and genuinely treats visitors like members of the family rather than just customers. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help with any request made our holiday even more enjoyable.

Another highlight was the breakfast. Every morning we were treated to a delicious and plentiful breakfast with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was the perfect way to start the day before exploring the beautiful surroundings of Sarandë.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, the hotel was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of nothing was missing.
