La posizione sull’oceano

Cons:

Non abbiamo ricevuto la camera pagata in anticipo ma una molto inferiore. Personale maleducato, sgradevole, non professionale, nessuna comprensione del cliente che si sente ingannato. Nessuna assunzione di responsabilità, nessuna assistenza durante il soggiorno.

Amazing views and position by the dog friendly beach. Very friendly staff and great restaurant
Pros:

Amazing position overlooking the sea and Rame Head. Very easy access to take the dog to the beach. The staff were very friendly and we had a delicious meal in their restaurant in the evening. We were walking the south west coastal path so ideal position for us.

Fantastic spontaneous stay
Pros:

Booked this as a very last minute stopover as was only meant to be visiting Cornwall for the day. The meal we had in the restaurant was wonderful and the live music was very good. We had no luggage or toiletries as this was impromptu stay and the room had a small toiletries set with toothbrush and toothpaste! Would recommend

Great location and views, nice room and cooked breakfasts. Don't expect too much more than that.
Pros:

Location is the best feature - brilliant views of the sea from the bedroom and restaurant, and anywhere in the pub. A couple of minutes and you're on the beach. Very long beach, and nice walks in either direction - Seaton is about 10-15 mins walk - had great fish and chips there at the Beach House. Bed was comfortable, room was nicely decorated, shower and toiletries were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had one evening meal there - nice fish dish,

Cons:

The cleanliness of the whole place is a bit below par. It's OK if you're not too fussy, and we still had a good stay, but feels like attention to detail is lacking and nowhere has had a thorough clean for a while. The communal areas - corridors, carpets, window sills etc. - all need some attention. The bedroom was fine, nice and clean bedding. Bathroom towels were nice and clean, but the worktop was still a bit dirty and the loo... not bad, but not completely clean... and don't think the shower plug has had a thorough scrub for a while from looking at it whilst sat on the loo! No info in the bedrooms about the pub food, breakfast timing, wifi, local info etc. The pub was very very noisy on the Saturday night (until gone midnight) with loud music/dancing downstairs. Ear plugs were provided in the toiletry set. The other nights were fine/quiet. The breakfast package deal is very basic: sliced white bread you can toast yourself + butter/spreads, a DIY tea and coffee station (same products as in the bedroom - tea bags & coffee bags), and a choice of OJ or apple juice (concentrated in a carton). You can pay extra for a nice/machine coffee (they were good) and the cooked breakfast options we tried were good, and include sourdough bread.

Ok. Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Nice views. Room was quite nice.

Cons:

Staff very slow and more interested in serving drinks than checking me in.
1 member of staff called Lola seemed to be doing everything and 5 jobs at a time.
Nice room but very hot and very rubbish fan.
Window overlooked garden and windows open but very loud and smells of smoke so had to keep windows shut.
Loud banging fire doors.
For the price if have expected breakfast to be included.

I love this place and it never disappoints with how calm being by the sea makes me feel

The location is the most beautiful , perfect to wander down and have a swim or just relax looking out at the views

This time i didn't have a sea view room so i know next time to book early !!
