Pros:

Zimmer waren sauber und Preis Leistung ist gut.

Cons:

Fast kein Personal vor Ort. Bar geschlossen, Minibar geschlossen, Getränkeautomat leer,..
Beim Frühstück war das Gebäck schnell aus (Oder es wurde aufgrund der Unterbesetzung kein neues geholt).
Das wenige Personal, dass anwesend war, war aber ausgesprochen nett.

Das Zimmer war auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sanitäreinrichtungen wirken etwas ranzig (vergilbt, Fugen alt). Klima hat auch nicht richtig runtergekühlt. Allgemein wirkte der Raum etwas lieblos, aber dennoch zweckdienlich für eine kurze Übernachtung.

Clean and comfortable hotel in the center of town.
Pros:

Nice location in the center of town. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Self-check in was unexpected and a bit annoying. We were happy to meet a human hotel staff member at breakfast the next morning.

Pros:

Check in war nur am Automaten möglich, obwohl Personal anwesend war. Das System war umständlich und nicht Benutzerfreundlich.
Die Minibar im Zimmer war nicht in Betrieb, die Getränke in der Rezeption nicht gekühlt.
Das Personal war freundlich aber völlig unorganisiert und überfordert.
Die Zimmer sind groß aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück schlecht organisiert, und die Qualität sehr mäßig.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und geduldiges Personal, die zentrale Lage mit überdachter Tiefgarage und absperrbaren Fahrradraum. Ausreichendes Frühstück.

Cons:

Ab nachmittags kein Personal beschäftigt, daher kein Barbetrieb. Im Hotel sind die Sitzgelegenheiten abgesperrt und nur im Außenbereich im Hinterhof zu der Garage benützbar. Alkoholfreie Getränke nur bei einem Automaten. Matratzen in die Jahre gekommen.

Lohnenswerte Entdeckung im Waldviertel.
Pros:

Die Stadt hat eine sehr interessante, entwerte Geschichte. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Cons:

Es gibt einen elektronischen Checkin der nicht selbsterklärend ist. Die Schwierigkeiten konnten telefonisch zwar gleich behoben werden aber es ist ein Unterschied ob man echte Personen vor Ort hat.

Cons:

Hatten das Fenster zur Straße, etwas laut bei offenem Fenster .
Eincheckautomat ab Eincheckzeit eher unpersönlich, da wird Personal gespart, da könnte das Zimmer auch etwas günstiger sein.
