Pros:

Gostei pelo facto de não se pagar o parque para o carro

Cons:

Quando chegamos ao hotel o rapaz que estava ao balcão não sabia falar espanhol nem francês só falava catalão a sorte é que nós nos desenrascamo nos +/- no inglês depois no quarto tinha lá uma coisa no chão que parecia dejetos de animal...

Buenos días,el trato con los empleados.
Todo limpio.
Bien situado ...aunque el localizar nos envió más arriba.

Cons:

La calidad de la comida,es baja para un hotel de 4 estrellas.
El aseo con bañera con cortina,el televisor lo teníamos al lado derecho de la cama....teníamos que estar con sillas o de lado en la cama para poder verla ( incomodísimo).

Super friendly, very professional staff, a 4 star hotel that I felt actually was a 4 star hotel. Thank you Dennis for making a very tired traveller smile and welcome, I booked the following night within an hour.

Cons:

Spa was closed, car park could do with a dedicated motor cycle flat area , still ok but im being very picky as it is fine and large for cars , probably ok for most bikes, jist not great for a Goldwings size and stability at rest.

All our questions were answered, a lot of positive energy shared.

Big thank you to Dennis for making our stay so great!

Cons:

The hotel is indeed a bit older, but we still felt ourselves like at home: enough space, nice area in the lobby with the bar, TV and games. The Pool was yet closed, Spa not included into the package as well as breakfast.
