Muito boa e sem duvida que é uma referencia para voltar.
Pros:

O pequeno almoço foi suficiente, mas básico e com pouca variedade. É suficiente, mas pouco atrativo.

Sem duvida que a unica coisa que tenho a apontar a tudo foi a divertidade do pequeno almoço, não é uma critica negativa, mas um asugestão par amelhorar ainda mais a qualidade.

Cons:

Calor en habitaciones, sin aire acondicionado la temperatura es muy alta. Poco aislamiento acústico, se escuchaba todo el tráfico de la calle.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Wonderful hotel! In a great location so close to the gondola. Great restaurants and bus stops all in very close walking distance. The staff were so friendly and very accomodating to keep our bags for the morning before we left by bus. Very clean and ample space in the 3 person room for the group of us. Didn’t get any food in the hotel but it is linked to a hotel and bar just next door which showed the World Cup games and was also very friendly. Balcony had a great view and beautiful flowers in the summer! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I returned to La Massana!

Personal del Hotel amable, y ubicación.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no disponen de aire acondicionado, solo ventilador.
Por otro lado lo a cena debería ser en el mismo Hotel, no en otro cercano.

Bien, dommage la chaise cassée qui m'a fait tomber Bien mais...
Pros:

Chambre agréable avec balcon et douche spacieuse

Cons:

Une des deux chaises du balcon a une visse qui ne tenait plus (plus dans son logement). Je me suis assise et suis tombée. Mon mari aurait pris ma place, étant plus fort que moi il aurait tapé la tête sur le mur.

Well located but lacks facilities, average
Pros:

Great town centre location right next to main gondola. Friendly staff who helpfully spoke good English.
He room balcony was a great spot to cool off in the evening when the sun went in.

Cons:

Very compact rooms.
No air-conditioning with only a small fan for cooling. This meant we had to keep balcony doors open, allowing the 3am town centre concert to keep us awake.
Breakfast only very basic.
Overall, with no facilities, pretty average and certainly considering the cost, not great value.
