Pros:

Only good thing is it is near to town and the beach, other than that , this place is dirty and over priced.

Cons:

The Staff member / Owner was very rude. The room smelt stale and musty, the carpet was dirty, would expect better for what I paid. Only good thing is it is near to town.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Close to everything in Mandurah town.

Cons:

The heater was very very slow to work, although it did work, it took a couple of hours to warm up a small room and was quite noisy.

Didn’t get much sleep with that fridge firing up

Lots of parking close by plus a lift

Cons:

Due to the room being quite small it was quite stuffy so had to open a window for air , the property has a tin roof so there was a lot of noise all night from the heavy rain . The fridge in the room is noisy , the kettle needs a good cleaning it was very stained , pop a piece of lemon in once a week cleans it . Sheets and pillow case very clean but quilt cover had yellowed when I turned it and there was tomato stains of some description !
