It’s ok…
Pros:

Nice room and bathroom , clean hotel, breakfast was good

Cons:

Wasn’t happy in the slightest when opened the balcony door to see our view from our room, all it was, was a small space with two chairs and a table, with a view of a wall, and if looked up could see the sky, when went back to reception to ask for one with day light view, was given a list of rooms and how much more each one cost per night,
If was aware of this before would have booked a alternative location as this spoilt our visit to sarande

Also in bathroom just needs a revisit as needs bits like a shelf and no place to hang towels

Breakfast and the attitude towards guests need to be improved. You pay so much and don't get a fair price.

The hotel itself is nice and of a good standard, about 1 km from the promenade

Cons:

.The breakfast buffet was very poor and simple, everything was served in small portions. I asked for an espresso and was told that it was paid. Why? I don't eat fried items. I asked for 2 hard-boiled eggs instead of an omelet. The answer I received will come tomorrow. It's crazy. What's the problem with the kitchen making hard-boiled eggs? There was no such desire. Also, the dishes and food containers were not clean enough. A woman's hair was found in a bowl of cornflakes. I got up and quickly left the dining room. I will pass it on to the hotel

Great location with awesome breakfast and great + kind staff - Mediocre Experience!
Pros:

Breakfast was superb. And the hotel staffs were really welcoming!
We were offered a cup of freshly brewed cappuccino at the breakfast as a kind gesture for the terrible experience of their airconditioning

Cons:

The central air-conditioning was set to “Heating Mode” even in the end of May..where the temperature shoots up to 26 degrees. So, upon complaining about it, I was suggested to keep the balcony door open for ventilation. And then, they provided me with a pedestal fan which was certainly kind of them but definitely not expected from a 4 star rated property. Also, it was said, that there were old guests..so they needed heating - which didn’t make sense at all..as you cannot have a hotel built specifically for old guests and prioritizing their comfort over others.

Family trip
Pros:

Excellent location, 5 min drive from the Saranda port to the hotel. Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Facilities were very clean and modern. Very reasonably priced.

Cons:

The AC could work better and Breakfast could have bit more variety. However, not complaining as excellent value for money.
