Hôtel magnifique un peu éloigné mais une superbe vue . La dame de l accueil a été super et très gentille très bon petit dej mais limité à 1 café

La vue de la chambre ne donne pas sur la montagne et le bruit du lave linge la nuit

Do not recommend!
The staff, specially the manager/ receptionist was really unpleasant and rude. First, he charged the reservation with Lek and did not even make the adjustment to the Euro coin to match the price established. He then asked us to cancel the booking reservation… in exchange for a better room, which was with view to a construction site.
Then, when having breakfast, we asked the person that was preparing the drinks if cappuccino was one of the included breakfast drinks to what she confirmed that it was. When we checked-out the manager told us it was extra, and after explaining the situation he never seemed to care or be by our side. He made us speak to the person who made the drinks, ultimately, without any hesitation or understanding, end up charged us 300 Lek per cappuccino! Absolutely disappointing and very unprofessional person and establishment.

Es sieht sehr schön und modern aus und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider ging bei uns der Fernsehen und der Safe nicht. An manchen Ecken hätte es etwas sauberer sein können und die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach.
