What I liked

The hotel has excellent facilities, high-quality standards, and a great location. Overall, the property itself met my expectations.

Cons:

What I didn’t like

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the service. Before booking, I specifically requested and was assured connecting rooms, as I was traveling with my wife and two children. This guarantee was the main reason I made the reservation.

Upon arrival, however, our rooms were on completely different floors. During a three-night stay, my wife and I had to split up with the children for two nights. Connecting rooms were only provided on the final night.

Considering the high price compared with other options in the area, I expected much better guest care and reservation management. The hotel itself is excellent, but the service and attention to our family’s needs fell far short of expectations.

Amazing view and hotel
Pros:

Amazing view, the rooms were large and had everything I needed. I loved the rooftop pool and that there was sun beds available all day for guests. The breakfast was very good quality and had a lot of variety. The valet parking was also great as there isn’t much parking in the area.

Cons:

Everything was perfect but the gym is a typical tiny hotel gym and needs more equipment to call it a gym

Alles in Allem sehr grosses Zimmer, sauber

Cons:

Wir haben auf dem Balkon leider Kleider vergessen. Danach haben wir via Booking das Hotel kontaktiert. Es gab immer wieder Rückfragen. Wir haben mitgeteilt, wann wir ausgecheckt haben und die Raum Nr mitgeteilt. Haben das Hotel mehrfach telefonisch kontaktiert, bis wir aufgefordert wurden, via Whatsapp zu schreiben. Via Whatsapp wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass keine Kleider gefunden worden sind. Somit wurden die Kleider nach unserem Check Out von jemanden mitgenommen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist dies inakzeptabel. Dieser Servise war schlecht und das Outcome ebenfalls.

Good location, nice hotel but let down but the shower facilities and noise coming from next door construction sight.

beim checkout mussten wir in den wc‘s duschen gehen. Gab leider nicht einen Raum wo man sich nach dem checkout frisch machen konnte da wir noch am strand waren..
