Accueil très chaleureux, chambre spacieuse avec un petit balcon et très propre. Une fontaine d eau bien fraîche à disposition dans le hall. Tout est parfait. Emplacement tres proche centre ville on a tout fait à pied

C’est surtout l’accueil très amical du personnel ainsi que la disponibilité.
L’emplacement joue aussi pas mal dans ce choix qui, avec le prix, forment un très bon rapport qualité - prix. Le petit déjeuner était tout à fait cohérent et varié. La dame du pdj était très serviable malgré la communication et surtout très souriante. Un grand merci à Arta qui, suite à un couac de dernière minute (le taxi commandé la veille a oublié de venir) nous a directement aidé 🙏

İlk baştan beri ilgi ve alakalarini eksik etmediler. Türk olduğumu bildikleri için Cat pat Türkçe konuştular benimle. Ve otele gece 11 gibi vardım yorulmuştum. Otelin işletmecisi abi ve eşi beni beklediler oda teslimi için. Su ikram etti yorulmuştum çok iyi geldi. Eşi de bı o kadar harika insan. Tirana gidersem tek durağım burası olur.

Muy buen alojamiento sensillo pero los encargados y/o dueños muy dispuestos en ayudar en todo y en guiarnos El desayuno sencillo pero completo y a 20 minutos a pie del centro

Stanze moderne e climatizzate. Bagno con finestra. Tutto pulito. Ogni giorno cambio lenzuola e stanza sistemata. Il proprietario gentilissimo, dopo un errore sul pagamento si è offerto di pagare il taxi per la nostra successiva tappa.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, ce qui permet de visiter Tirana facilement à pied. L’accueil a été parfait : l’équipe a été très chaleureuse et nous a même aidés à nous garer juste devant l’hôtel, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La chambre était très jolie, propre et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner, inclus dans le séjour, était bon et varié. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Very nice and helpful people, we were late for breakfast but they held it just for us and it was very good! They also have one reserved parking spot. Would recommend :)

My flight arrived at midnight. It was my first time in Albania. When I emailed the hotel through the portal on Booking.com they got back to me right away. I asked what was a reputable cab company. They sent the number to a cab company to me. I contacted the cab company (they responded right away) and they were there to pick me up at the airport to take me to the hotel. Arta and her husband met me once I made it to the hotel. They greeted me and talked with me as they made tea for me. I thought that was kind of them. It was 1:00 a.m. in the morning. They took my bags upstairs to my room. I stayed on the 3rd fIoor. The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The room was nicely decorated and clean. If I'm correct there are only 6 rooms at this property with two rooms on each floor. The next day, I went down to breakfast. I liked that the food was laid out on the table to pick from for breakfast. I had tea with my breakfast. They had a selection of tea to drink or they would make you fresh coffee of your choice. I loved the fresh baked pastries for breakfast. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend their hotel to others to stay. Due to me arriving late, I paid for the room the next day. They were nice enough to call a cab for me when I was leaving as I was going to another destination.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Everything met my expectations of the hotel.
