Perfection!
Pros:

I travelled with my family. It was amazing. Breakfast was super. The beach was great. The place is very central. I would recommend it for your stay in Vlorë. The staff was very welcoming. Thank you for your service.

Cons:

At the bar, I ordered takeaway coffee with milk and a coffee latte. However, the taste of both was the same. The latte was not more milky. I would recommend improving this service. Could be the barista. Appreciate that. Thanks.

Cons:

לא הייתה ערכת קפה בחדר. ביקשנו קומקום ונענינו בשלילה. לא הייתה שמיכה בחדר. ביקשנו שמיכה ונענינו כי אין. רמת הניקיון במלון טעונה שיפור, בפרט השירותים בקומת הלובי. מתקן לתליית כביסה חלוד, ועדיף להורידו (לא נעים למראה). לציין כי הטענות לא כלפי העובדים הזוטרים במלון. עבור תשלום סך 140 יורו ללילה אחד מצופה לקבל דברים בסיסיים כמו קומקום ושמיכה.

Top Familienhotel, welches sehr gut gelegen ist
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen an der belebten Strandpromenade. Parkplätze vorhanden. Privater Strand wurde stets sauber gehalten vom Mitarbeiter, der sehr freundlich war und wirklich top Arbeit geleistet hat. Die Zimmer wurden sehr gut gereinigt. Das Essen im Restaurant war wirklich gut und Preis stimmte. Allgemein hat uns das Hotel sehr gefallen und wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Cons:

Wäre schön, wenn es am Strand eine kleine Bar hätte, in der man Getränke und was zu Snacken kaufen kann.

Cons:

Ресторан ужасен.
Столы чистят смахивая весь мусор на пол и стулья. Гости могут курить и бросать окурки на пол (!).
Окурки под столами - это для них нормально!
Кофе на завтраке платный.
Еду на шведском столе практически не пополняют. Завтрак бедный.

На ужин в ресторане пообещали блюдо из краба (я специально спрашивал и официант уточнял на кухне), а принесли из сурими! Аргументом было - "мы покупаем в магазине как краба, а что они туда кладут - мы не знаем". Чтобы решить ситуацию с отказом от блюда привели владельца! И он на меня кричал!

Лифт в отеле один, внутри грязно и он постоянно занят. Вы будете долго пытаться попасть в номер и долго будете из него выбираться.

При выселении вы будете сидеть и ждать пока сотрудники проверят не украли ли (!) вы чего-то из номера.
