La colazione da migliorare . Cappuccino non compreso nella colazione ma da pagare a parte .mancavano briosches fresche.

I have to say the receptionist Ciara was exceptionally friendly and supportive to us.

Her kindness and genuineness were extremely authentic.

Duka Hotel has found a great representative and front-line staff member for their professionalism and image.

I wish this young l lady well in her career.
