Hotel Boutique Musée exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by this lovely family-run hotel.
The room was absolutely beautiful: spacious, spotlessly clean, and decorated in a colorful, traditional style that perfectly reflected the charm of Gjirokastër. Every detail had been thoughtfully chosen, creating a warm, cozy atmosphere while still providing all the modern comforts we needed.
The owners and their family were incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient. Their hospitality made us feel more like guests in their home than customers. Their son was also helping at the hotel, which added to the warm, family atmosphere. We especially appreciated the owner's generosity in offering us homemade raki to try: a lovely local touch that made our stay even more memorable.
Breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed delicious traditional petulla, homemade jams, fresh juices, excellent coffee and fresh fruit.
The location is excellent for exploring Gjirokastër, and everything about our stay was simply fantastic.
If we ever return to Gjirokastër, we won't even consider staying anywhere else. Hotel Boutique Musée will definitely be our first choice. Highly recommended!

El hotel está ubicado en el centro histórico de Gjirokaster, a poco minutos del bazar.
El hotel representa una antigua casa otomana. Nosotros estuvimos en la suite, que es espectacular, decorada con mucho gusto y tenía mil y un detalle. Además estaba muy limpia.
Fue nuestro refugio durante las horas de más calor.
Los dueños son muy cercanos y amables.
El desayuno es espectacular: huevos, fruta, dulces típicos,… y el café buenísimo.

Todo en general, habitación amplia, cómoda en todos los sentidos, super limpia, desayuno de primera calidad, buena ubicación y los propietarios muy amables y serviciales. Un hotel que merece la pena recomendar.

It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever been (and we travel a lot)! All the details are made with so kuch love and passion! My children screamed excited when they saw the room! The host and all his family was extremely friendly-lots of information about the neighborhood and the history of Albania was provided! The view from the restaurant where we had breakfast was breathtaking and the food very tasty! Fresh and delicious! The host also made mountain tea and coffee for us as a complement! We will definitely come back! Thank you!

Maybe the best place to stay in Gjirokastër. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, a very hospitable host family, a delicious breakfast, and an excellent location. To sum it up: everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

Eigenlijk beviel alles, maar als ik toch iets moet noemen. Er was een raampje waar geen echt gordijn voor zat, waardoor een bed al heel vroeg in het volle licht lag.

Fantastisch mooie kamer met uitzicht over de stad. Het hotel ligt centraal, de hoogtepunten van de stad zitten allemaal op loopafstand.
Ontbijt was heel uitgebreid. Vriendelijke eigenaren die ons ook nog tips gaven voor bezienswaardigheden onderweg.
The hotel was spotless. Our room was so nice, lots of original features and furniture that elevated the experience from an ordinary hotel room. The views from the room and the terrace were the best in Gjirokaster, an uninterrupted view of the valley and the mountains beyond. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed every mouthful. Omelette, fruit, cheese, juice, coffee, pastries, honey, and great jams. More than all of that, the care and attention from the family running the hotel was so lovely. We had a stressful journey and they took care of us to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Gjirokaster.
