We loved everything about this place.
The location is amazing, right in the heart of berat castle. The hosts were very kind and helpful and the food is amazing! The best breakfast, lunch and dinner we had in Albania by far!

A wonderful place to stay
Pros:

The family running this hotel is hard-working, kind, and truly makes the stay special. They really made us feel welcomed and like we were staying with their family. It was such a pleasure to be with them. The food was exceptional and offered at a very fair price. It is special to stay inside the castle grounds and allows you to explore in the morning and evenings when the crowds are less. Also, there are buses you can catch to and from the Berat town if you want to go into the city center but do not want to walk back up to the castle because it is a steep climb.

Dit was echt geweldig. Personeel uitmuntend, hielp ons zelfs met onze route voor de rest van de vakantie, fantastisch restaurant, heerlijk ontbijt, prachtige kamer op een toplocatie. Kortom: kun je hier een nacht boeken? Zeker doen!!
