Pros:

Très bon accueil du propriétaire.
Hôtel neuf très propre tant la chambe/salle de bain que les parties communes. Literie et draps de qualité.
Situé à la sortie de la ville avec un agreable jardin verdoyant apportant de la fraicheur. Possibilité de se garer dans lhotel mais peu de place de stationnement. Sinon Possibilité de se garer dans la rue.

Cons:

Il faut passer par un balcon privatif pour accéder à la salle bain via la porte fenêtre. Obligé d'ouvrir le volet de la porte fenêtre la nuit pour aller aux toilettes.

Propreté de l’établissement, le personnel très accueillant au service, une petite surprise qui m’attendait dans la chambre et le petit déjeuner très copieux

Host was very friendly and helpful. Accommodation neat with a lovely loved garden. Breakfast done with care and a smile.
Parking under the vines off street.
Felt very welcome.

Cons:

A bedside lamp for reading would be welcome.

Tolles Hotel mit einem sehr schönen Garten. Parken ist auf dem Gelände oder auch an der Straße möglich. Platz ist genug. In einer halben Stunde ist man nach Berat reingelaufen, für uns war das optimal. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

oasis de verdure dans un quartier résidentiel, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est super, propreté au top, propriétaire très agréable, excellent rapport qualité prix

Cons:

un peu excentré mais il y a un parking sous terrain en plein centre, la salle de bain sur le balcon peut surprendre mais original

Pas loin du centre de Berat à pied (une vingtaine de minutes).
Hote très sympathique et à l'écoute.

Everything, the welcome from the staff, the immaculate condition of my room with comfortable bed and a great ensuite shower room there was nothing to fault and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the hotel, so much so I plan to stay there on my next visit to Albania

The hosts were very attentive, and welcomed us quite late
