Charming hotel in the heart of Berat!
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel in the heart of Berat. We were in awe of the view and location - as well as the clean rooms, fantastic breakfast buffet, and wonderful host. Thank you for making our last night in Albania the best!!

Schöne Unterkunft mit Terassenblick auf die Altstadt
Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft, etwas einfacher, aber alles was man braucht. Parken an der Straße, Gastgeber hilft sofort mit Fotos und Videos zur Anfahrt und zur Parksituation. Ganz kurzer Weg durch Gasse bergauf. Zimmer sind nett, Betten komfortabel und Frühstück mit frischem Obst und typisch albanischer Auswahl (Tomaten, Gurken, Käse, diverse Marmeladen, Joghurt etc).
Schöne Terasse mit sehr süßen und liebenswürdigen Katzen, alles sehr gepflegt.
Klimaanlage im Raum für die Sommermonate hat wunderbar funktioniert

No pudimos descansar
Pros:

Ubicación, pero no para cualquiera puesto que hay que subir una cuesta algo incomoda y escaleras

Cons:

Mala experiencia. Después de la valoración que vimos que tenían, íbamos con esas expectativas, y nos encontramos con un alojamiento normal, en el que costaba subir hasta el alojamiento por el mal suelo y la cuesta que tenía. Cortinas muy finas por las que pasa mucha luz a la habitación por la mañana. La zona de desayuno, que es en la terraza de la entrada, está al lado de las habitaciones. Nuestra ventana estaba a casi 2 metros de una de las mesas y a las 7,30 ya estábamos oyendo voces de algún cliente, entre los que estaban también los propios dueños! Por lo tanto, si uno no tiene intención de madrugar tanto, existe ese inconveniente.

Una experiencia fabulosa
Pros:

Al llegar nos habían reservado una plaza de aparcamiento muy cerca del hotel y eso se agradece, ya que apenas hay sitio para aparcar.
La habitación estaba fenomenal. Nos dejaron una jarra con agua bien fresquita en la habitación, ¡todo un detalle! Tenía unas vistas maravillosas a la plaza y a la catedral ortodoxa. Por la noche son aún más bonitas.
Nuestra habitación tenía una cama extra grande, muy cómoda y la almohada fabulosa.
El desayuno es tipo buffet, y no les hace falta nada. Tienen fruta, café, bollería, desayuno albanés (pepino, tomate, queso) y, sin duda, lo mejor es que te hacen al momento unos bollitos típicos de Albania que estaban riquísimos.

Son muy amables y cercanos y se muestran dispuestos a ayudarte en cualquier momento. Si volvemos a Albania, este hotel será el elegido.

The location was perfect. Easy to get to the castle, bridges, old town. It was clean and well equipped. And the view of the church was great.

La atención excelente , nos esperaron tarde para hacer el check in e indicarnos dónde aparcar

Wonderful experience, would stay again.
Pros:

Large terrace with city view, basic but fresh breakfast, great city view from the rooms facing west. Helpful friendly hosts. Good bed and shower. A few blocks from the city, great location.
