Great views and pool/beach , terribly rude and unprofessional staff
Pros:

The room was great the views were great ! The breakfast was nice . The beach club part was fun pretty and nice ,there weren’t too many people which was nice and the staff there was fun and kind.

Cons:

The staff at the reception was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I was quite shocked at how you treat your guests. They are only interested in flirting with women , they do not care about you , your check in , your car and they speak in such a disrespectful manner . We were struggling to park they yelled at me to ask the ‘Filipinos’ which was quite shocking again , how they treat their foreign staff is questionnable . I don’t think anyone needs to spend more than one night here and that is solely for their pool and view (and if you are over 25 and do not care about taking nice pics honestly just skip it and go to a real hotel chain ) This is far from being a 4star hotel on the service side. We also had several power cuts blocking us out of the rooms and with no hot water and electricity to charge our devices and they did not care either they were bothered that we were asking for when the electricity would be back in our floor…

Super schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage
Pros:

Das war das schönste Hotel, das wir in Albanien hatten. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und super ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon war traumhaft und das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig.

Cons:

Laute Musik am Pool sowie teilweise angetrunkene Gäste.
Spät abends und früh morgens hörte man immer, dass Stühle gerückt wurde. Wir vermuten, das war im Restaurant die Putzfrau.
Es waren auch Kinder am Strand, obwohl es ein Adults-Only-Hotel war.

I like the view, and where its located

Cons:

THE ROOM:

I did not like that the room 001, the suite. Is located directly under the bar. I couldnt sleep during the night and was woken up super early in the morning of the sound of chairs being dragged.

The room/suite looked like it havnt ben touched in 20 years.

I also didnt like that the bathroom ventilation was making a noise, it must have ben broken.

STAFF:

Every one of the staff were so friendly and nice, that made us like Liro more. I would have wanted that the supervisor who checked us in could atleast smile.



Other than that, everything was amazing!
Albi’s service was excellent!!

A potentially pleasant experience spoiled
Pros:

The hotel is well built and has a great view over the water, though is beyond easy walking range from Vlore itself. The restaurant served great food, though service was slow and prices were expensive.

Cons:

The hotel ‘hosts music events at the weekend’ and states that ‘the music is audible in some rooms’. However, the reality is that the pool and pool-side bar area is very much taken over by a crowd of day ticket participants that overwhelms the guests. The music is so loud that in our room, even with all doors and windows closed, it was unbearably loud. The furniture vibrated and cups and crockery on the table shook and moved. This went on from 3pm until dusk, 8:30pm. We could find nowhere in this otherwise pretty ‘boutique’ hotel to escape the noise and were obliged to seek refuge elsewhere. I pointed this out to the management through the booking.com email system and though an apology ‘for my upset’ was offered, I was just politely told that they had warned of regularly hosting ‘music events’. They did not seem to appreciate the disconnect between their statement and reality.

Great location with private beach, very nice pool, & very nice breakfast

Cons:

In a hotel that ia adult only so that guests can enjoy the calm and relax, to be exposed to a full Sunday afternoon disco blast, is honestly unexpected, and NOT welcome. Impossible to enjoy sea, pool or even the room without deafening music. Otherwise service not up to standard, only cold water in showers. Rooms rather small.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Liro. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, the location is beautiful, and the views are amazing. The staff were especially outstanding everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Hotel Liro to anyone visiting Vlorë.

The best hotel in the area
Pros:

Fantastic property and the best location in Vlorë. You don’t need to leave the whole time you’re there- unless heading to nearby winery. The beach and the pool is first class

Cons:

Some staff partied with the patrons when they finished- but otherwise those that remained on shift were professional

Alveg upplifun. Æðisleg sólbaðsaðstaða og flott herbergi.
Pros:

Skemmtilegt hótel, verið að uppfæra það. Fengum nýuppgert herbergi. Fallegt útsýni og æðisleg sundlaug alveg við sjóinn. Fallegt hótel og veitingastaðurinn mjög góður. Að lokum lúxus að fá þjónustu með bílastæði og sá starfsmaður fær 10.

Cons:

Sólbekkirnir lúnir. Gat ekki fengið cappuccino né sódavatn nema með aukagreiðslu af barnum í morgunmat. Skrítið að verðandi 10 stjörnu hótel bjóði aðeins upp á uppá helti kaffi á brúsa í morgunmat.
