Красивый отель в котором останавливаюсь всегда.

Завтрак хороший! Персонал в ресторане доброжелательный.

Cons:

Отель испортил все впечатление благодаря своим жильцам.
Если вы хотите тишины..Вам не сюда!
Если вы хотите чтоб армяне вас оскорбляли своими чинами и профессиями..то прошу! Здесь вам натыкают, за то что вы попросили не шуметь.
Сказав на ресепшене что нужно вызвать полицию. Так как родители оставили несовершеннолетних детей одних в номерах и те включили музыку на всю и пели и танцевали.
Нам сказали (женщины армянки) что мы славянки..это вообще то их страна.
И сотрудники отеля это не остановили!!! И никак за нас не постояли.
Дети у армян очень воспитанные в ковычках.

Спасибо отелю за испорченное настроение и отдых который ни с чем не сравним. К сожалению не могу приложить видео что я засняла.

В номере Делюкс (за 144€ ночь) нет чайника, кофемашины и тд. Бальзама для волос и лосьона для тела в ванной комнате так же нет.

Слышимость! За стеной..и особенно за дверьми (тонкие)

Две односпальные кровати очень узкие. Меньше чем в сетевых отелях

Интерьер, персонал, расположение, завтрак.

Cons:

Стоит предусмотреть минимальные письменные принадлежности в номере. Было бы прекрасно организовать пространстаюво для детских игр.
