В целом впечатление от проживания осталось двояким. Отель позиционирует себя как 5 звёзд, и многое в нём действительно х
Pros:

Расположение, Персонал и чистота.

Cons:

Разочарованы отсутствием отопления. В номере холодно, но исправить это нельзя — кондиционирование центральное и работает только на охлаждение, а отопление ещё не включили. Персонал так и сказал, пока невозможно подогреть номер.

Для отеля 5 звёзд это недопустимо. Если центральная система не переключается в обогрев, должны быть обогреватели или другие решения. Формальный подход к комфорту гостей.

В номере отсутствовал чайник. Для отеля этого уровня это странно — чайная станция (чайник, чашки, чай/кофе) должна быть базовым оснащением. К тому же, судя по другим отзывам, это системная проблема, а не разовая.

В номере были только одни шторы, без тюля. В итоге их невозможно было использовать нормально: закроешь — полная темнота даже днём, откроешь — с улицы видно всё, что происходит в номере.
Для 5* это грубое нарушение приватности и комфорта. Отель заявляет наличие blackout curtains, но по факту шторы не выполняют свою функцию.

超漂亮舒适，整个人都美起来了
Pros:

这是我这次旅行住的最漂亮的酒店，艺术家酒店，整个的装修简约克制但非常高级，非常喜欢酒店的绿色，电梯，房间，门框装饰的这个绿色很好看。房间和卫生间也很大很舒服，早餐非常丰富。最方便的是有一个自己内部的停车场，服务员也会一直帮我们拿行李。

Были с компанией, всем хватило места на парковке, она подземная, прохладная.
Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Номера просторные и чистые.
Расположение отличное, на пешеходной улице, в центре. Рядом ресторан Ани с живой национальной музыкой, шикарный СПА комплекс Александра (отреставрированный , с римскими парными, большим хаммамом, сауной , джакузи и бассейном). Гюмри оставил прекрасные впечатления!!

Pros:

The location on Gyumri’s central street was great and the staff were very helpful

Cons:

A bit dated and the breakfast was awful - even the plums and peaches were dry and sour and inedible

Уютный новый отель в самом центре, все чисто аккуратно, очень приветливый персонал, вкусный разнообразный завтрак и даже пианист играл

Cons:

Отель находится на пешеходной улице, такси ко входу не подъедет, нужно это иметь в виду
