Nu corespunde cu categoria de stele declarată
Pros:

Personalul restaurantului a fost amabil. Este un hotel liniștit, majoritatea oaspeților sunt pensionari, deci, din punctul meu de vedere, este potrivit pentru familii cu bebeluși, in ceea ce ține de acest aspect.

Cons:

Experiența a fost extrem de neplăcută. Am rezervat, cu plata in avans de 50%, 3 camere superioare si 2 standard, pentru un sejur de 5 zile. Când am ajuns in camere, am observat ca nu exista nicio diferență între ele, in afară de prețul acestora. Am cerut sa primim camerele pe care le achitasem deja in întregime in acel moment. Recepționerul ne a spus ca nu mai sunt disponibile, pentru ca au făcut overbooking. In urma intervenției managerului, am obținut 2 din cele 3 camere superioare, însă acesta insista ca denumirea corecta este "camera deluxe", repetând la nesfârșit ca rezervarea a fost făcută greșit, ceea ce nu are sens. Pe booking, pozele camerei superioare corespund in realitate cu camera pe care dansul o denumea "deluxe", însă nu existau camere cu aceasta denumire la vânzare.. Prețul achitat, la fel, corespundea camerei deluxe.
Neavând disponibilă camera pentru care eu plătisem, am solicitat banii înapoi, dispusă fiind sa plec la alt hotel. Doamna manager, extrem de nepoliticoasa, a refuzat categoric, chiar dacă i am explicat ca nu pot sa dorm într-un pat de o persoană, cu un copil de doi ani. Soluția dânsei a fost sa unesc paturile twin si sa pun o pătură la mijloc, ca sa poată dormi copilul acolo.

Nu am găsit nicio soluție, asa ca am hotărât sa plec, renunțând la suma plătită, însa am avertizat ca voi împărtăși experiența mea printr-o recenzie. Abia atunci, doamna manager "a făcut ceva modificări" si a reușit sa obțină camera pentru care plătisem, însă de a doua zi.
Am fost nevoită sa dorm in prima noapte într-o cameră standard (sau superioară, este același lucru), abia a doua zi am fost mutată in camera achitată. Nu am primit absolut niciun procent din bani înapoi.

Din păcate, nici această cameră nu corespunde cu standardele unui hotel de 4 stele. Mirosul, si in dormitor, dar mai ales in baie, extrem de neplăcut, puternic, a mucegai. Peretele din spatele patului, in partea de jos, complet mucegăit.

Pros:

Staff very friendly and informative, food was served to a good standard, only stayed for 1 night but was more than happy.
Swimming pool was beautiful to use into the sunset instead off being rushed to get out.
Not sure many other English guests but we still enjoyed what hotel had to offer. Animation team tried there best with guests they had but it was a let down to animation experienced in other hotels.
Premium All inc doesn't mean Premium brand drinks however ones served where very drinkable.
But overall a very pleasant stay and the swimming pool was a delight especially once most kids had gone ( 7pm) to enjoy swimming few lengths or dancing in the water to mini disco.
Would we return? Yes we would. Location is a short stroll from nightlife.

Cons:

No tea / coffee or drinking water available in room, bit off a treck to get water for brushing teeth or to drink. ( was on high floor) also dispensing machines in lobby area stated no filling bottles.

Cons:

Nu recomand hotel de 4 stele, care, de fapt pare de 3. Am avut camera cu vedere la piscină și avea un miros închis de la mochetă. Mâncarea în fiecare zi aceeași, au angajat numai personal ucrainean care nici nu aștepta sa termini de mâncat, ca veneau sa ia farfuria din față, iar la ora 13:40 strângeau toată mâncarea. Prosoapele și lenjeria de pat nu au fost schimbate timp de 3 zile. La plecare la ora 11 fix au sunat de la recepție sa părăsim camera pe un ton foarte amenințător, spunând ca dacă întârziem trebuie sa plătim.

וואו, איזו אכזבה. לצערנו החוויה שלנו במלון הייתה רחוקה מאוד ממה שציפינו, ובטח שלא תאמה את הדירוג הגבוה שראינו ב-Booking ושעליו הסתמכנו כשהזמנו.

כבר ברגע שהגענו למלון, הילדים היו צריכים לגשת לשירותים בלובי. קיבל את פנינו ריח חריף מאוד של שתן, והשירותים היו מטונפים ולא נעימים לשימוש. לצערי, לאורך כל השהייה שלנו לא ראינו שנעשה שם ניקיון משמעותי והמצב נשאר כפי שהיה.

המלון עצמו מרגיש מאוד מיושן. הכניסה לחדר היא באמצעות מפתח רגיל אחד בלבד, דבר שמאוד מקשה כשמדובר במשפחה של 5 נפשות. בחדרים היה ריח לא נעים של עובש, בעיקר מהשטיחים הישנים. אזור הניקוז במקלחת היה מלא חלודה ונראה מלוכלך ומוזנח.

גם נושא המגבות היה פשוט מתסכל. אנחנו 5 נפשות ונאלצנו ממש להתחנן כדי לקבל מספיק מגבות. במקום שזו תהיה בקשה בסיסית ולגיטימית, נתנו לנו תחושה כאילו אנחנו מבקשים משהו חריג או כאילו אנחנו מתכוונים לקחת את המגבות איתנו. זו הייתה תחושה מאוד לא נעימה ולא מכבדת.

לחץ המים במקלחת היה נמוך מאוד, עד כדי כך שלבנות היה קשה מאוד לחפוף את השיער.

כשהגענו לבריכה הופתענו לגלות שאין בכלל שירות מגבות לבריכה. האורחים נדרשים להשתמש במגבות של החדר או לקנות מגבות בעצמם, כאשר גם את מגבות החדר מחליפים רק כל יומיים.

גם חדר האוכל היה אכזבה גדולה. המבחר היה דל מאוד והאוכל בסיסי. קיימות שעות מוגדרות לארוחות, אבל מי שמגיע אפילו רבע שעה לפני סיום הארוחה עלול לגלות שכבר כמעט ולא נשאר מה לאכול.

אבל הדבר שהדהים אותנו יותר מכל היה שבשעה שבה מסתיימת הארוחה, פשוט מכבים את האורות בחדר האוכל — בזמן שאנשים עדיין יושבים ואוכלים. כן, פשוט כך. משפחות ואורחים שיושבים באמצע הארוחה מוצאים את עצמם אוכלים בחושך. מעולם לא נתקלנו בהתנהלות כזאת במלון.

דבר נוסף שהדאיג אותנו מאוד כהורים הוא נושא הבטיחות בבריכה. גילינו שאין מציל. הגענו עם ילדים קטנים, אנשים קפצו למים והשתוללו ולא היה איש צוות שתפקידו להשגיח או לעצור התנהגות מסוכנת.
הזמנו 6 לילות במלון הזה ורצינו ליהנות מחופשה משפחתית. לצערנו, האכזבה הייתה כל כך גדולה שבסופו של דבר נאלצנו לחפש ולעבור למקום חלופי כדי לנסות להציל את החופשה ולתת לילדים שלנו חוויה טובה יותר.

חשוב לי גם לציין שלא מיהרנו לכתוב ביקורת שלילית.
