An incredible, serene mountain stay with wonderful facilities.
Pros:

An incredible location. You feel separated from the noise of it all. The rooms, interior design and facilities are incredible. The breakfast was delicious, and dinner was so good that it made going to any other restaurant irrelevant. The staff was incredibly nice - despite a reservation mixup, they were still able to provide a room, without a fuss. The surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous and a forest trail starts in the backyard of the hotel. Will absolutely visit again.

Cons:

The jacuzzi did not work.

Loved this place and wanted to stay more than one night.
Pros:

The location is wonderful. In the middle of a beech forest in the mountains. It’s peaceful and the air is fresh. We had a two bedroom suite and it had three balconies and two bathrooms. It was very clean. We loved having a restaurant on site. Parking was very simple and free, which is not a given in Bulgaria at all. I would love to go back.

Cons:

I wish all smoking was restricted to the outdoors.

Уникална природа и пълно спокойствие – изключително приятно място, перфектно за отдих, релакс и пълно откъсване от градския шум.

Страхотна атмосфера с история – самият хотел е запазил очарователни мотиви от миналото, когато е бил резиденция, което му придава много специален дух.

Вкусна кухня и отзивчив персонал – храната в ресторанта беше отлична, а служителите – изключително любезни и отзивчиви.

Cons:

Слаба свързаност – обхватът на мобилните мрежи почти липсва, а интернетът не е много добър. За мен лично това не беше минус (а по-скоро плюс за почивката), но е добре да се има предвид от хора, които трябва да работят или държат да са онлайн.
Базова закуска – за разлика от останалата храна, закуската беше доста базова и продуктите не бяха домашно приготвени

Pros:

Peaceful place with great nature all around. Quiet and charming. Great breakfast and very polite staff. There are lots of options of trails for experiencing and trekking in the forests around. Just a short trek to the amazing Buzludja monument.
