Pros:

Muy buena atención de Florencia, nos ayudó mucho con un problema que tuvimos. Los otros 2 chicos de recepción también fueron muy amables.. Estuvimos muy cerca de los teatros, para ir. caminando. Nos dejaron desayunar ni bien llegamos ya que al día siguiente nos íbamos muy temprano.

Cons:

En la parte del desayunador estaba bastante frío.

Al llegar quien atendía esa madrugada Creo se llama Agustín Puso toda la voluntad de conseguir frazadas no tan sucias Realmente todas manchadas Tuvo que recorrer varias habitaciones para poder encontrar alguna en estado de usar
A partir de ese día nos cambiaron sábanas todos los días Pero por favor manden a lavar frazadas Increíble esta situación Nunca me había ocurrido

Corta estancia
Pros:

Está muy bien para el precio que ofrece, muy bien ubicado cerca de todo. Lo utilizamos de paso pero estuvo muy cómodo y todo correcto.

Cons:

Hacía mucho frío pero tienen aire frío calor, solo que a veces se desconfigura y debes solicitar ayuda en recepción.

Agradable y muy práctica para visitar Buenos Aires.
Pros:

Es muy buena la ubicación. También es muy atento el personal de recepción.

Cons:

Sugiero que el hotel deje iluminado el comedor, porque en la noche apagan la luz.
Tienen que dejar jabón en la ducha y atender a las luminarias de mesa de luz.
Tienen que revisar las celosías, que son hermosas, porque no cierran. El balcón también es muy lindo y lo pueden mejorar.
