La habitación es cómoda pero para una noche nada más, tiene secador de pelo en el baño y eso es un plus

Cons:

El desayuno muy pobre, pan que parecía de días anteriores y las ventanas no tenían ningún tipo de protección y daban a la calle.

Una Mierda!!!! Son terribles Lacras

En realidad no me agradó nada, llegué el empleado llegó 45 minutos después que estuviera esperando, me quiso agredir y me dio de baja la reserva; tuve que ir a pasar la noche en el Hotel La estación y después me tuve que trasladar a San José a unas cabañas, me tienen que devolver la seña más otro tanto e indemnizarme por los daños y perjuicios ocasionados. A ello, se le agrava que soy discapacitado y tuve un pico de estrés y presión como jamás había tenido, casi me infarto y eso que ya tengo 5 stens

Cons:

El personal de la noche, el hotel se encontraba sucio y encima no había papel higiénico en el baño de la recepción
Un verdadero desastre, a ello, se le suma que el empleado me intentó agredir

TODO DIEZ PUNTOS! la amabilidad y servicio del personal increíble! Un día me quedé dormida para el desayuno, en la recepción se dieron cuenta y me dijeron si quería desayunar igual q recién habían apagado la cafetera🩷 unos genios!!! Me sentí como en casa! Si te pueden ayudar te ayudan.. la habitación re bien, había secador de pelo.

Cons:

Que no dan crema enjuague en el baño jaja una pavada.
