Für uns hat es letzlich für 2 Nächte zu diesem Preis gepasst.
Pros:

Zimmer sehr schön und geräumig mit Blick auf die Basilika Mariazell. Allerdings fehlte zu Beginn der Tisch, der im Prospekt angeführt wird. Jedoch wurde dieser nach Urgenz aufgestellt. Leider war es im Zimmer 5 kälter als draußen? Wir mussten unsere Westen anziehen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Personal hat nichts über die Infrarotsuna gewusst, die auch nach Augenschein nicht vorhanden war. Laut Homepage sollte es aber eine Infrarotsauna geben, die für Entspannug sorgen sollte und in diesem Angebot kostenlos enthalten sein sollte. Das steht auch im Prospekt des Hotel Himmelreich. Ebenso war der "Schatteldienst" zum öffentlichen Parkplatz Nr. 5 nicht bekannt. Dieser Service wird ebenso auf der Homepage genau ausgezeichnet. Es wäre oportun, hier nachzufragen.

Pros:

Schöne Aussicht auf die Kirche, sehr kurzer Weg dorthin, nur über die strasse. Parkmöglichkeit beim hotel

Cons:

Eine Seifenablage in der dusche und eine kleiderablage bei der eingangstüre wäre optimal. Gefehlt hätte uns noch ein zweiter polster

Top Preis Leistzbgsverhältnis. Top Lage!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war modern und hell eingerichtet. Frühstück war gut.Hotel befindet sich gleich hinter der Kirche.

Cons:

Hatten ein Zimmer über der Küche ,wo die Küchenangestellten draussen hinten Pause gemacht hatten und das Reden gehalt hatten.Matratze klnnte ersetzt werden

Kurzaufenthalt Hotel Himmelreich
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir durften am Abend sogar schon 1 Std vor Küchenbeginn Essen bestellen. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und vielseitig.

Cons:

Die Matratze war mir persönlich zu weich aber das ist Geschmacksache. Neben dem Bett hat mir die Steckdose gefehlt.

Pros:

Staff is friendly . Room # 25 where we stayed is huge for 3 persons. It's clean and has comfortable bed. It's only few meters from the Basilica which is very convenient for us.

Cons:

It's only an overnight stay and we didn't have heavy luggages. Otherwise, would be a little problem because there's no elevator.
