Pros:

Nothing, just location

Cons:

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The booking showed that parking was available, so we went to the hotel and asked about it. We were told that there was no parking available and that the only options were paid parking spaces. Instead of helping us, the staff member was rude, shouted at us, and made us feel unwelcome.

The beds were absolutely terrible and very uncomfortable. They felt as if the legs were broken or unstable, so we could barely sleep. There was also no shampoo or basic toiletries provided at the hotel.

Overall, the experience was incredibly disappointing. We were extremely uncomfortable throughout our stay and deeply regret choosing this hotel. I would definitely not recommend it.

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit viel Auswahl. Unsere Zimmer waren sauber. Das Styling der Räume ist angenehm altmodisch - es passt zu Wien.
Die Zimmer zum Hof sind ruhig.

Cons:

Manche Zimmer gehen zur Straße hinaus, wo 4 Straßenbahnlinien fahren.
Der Teppichboden könnte mal erneuert werden.
