Очень комфортный отель с вкусной кухней.
Pros:

Очень приятный отель в живописной деревне Bad Tatzmannsdorf. На первом этаже есть ресторан с вкусной кухней. Номер был очень чистым и комфортным, порадовало наличие балкона со стульями и столиком. Рекомендую, если будете в этих краях.

Horrible Experience
Pros:

Cleanliness was top notch. Everything else was a severe disappointment. Just look at the listing photo showing a chef creating a flaming dish and imagine being told there was nothing to eat. Having to beg even for a little soup.

Cons:

I believe it was the owner who checked me in after a wait while he was located. He commented I was only staying one night as if that was a problem . Neglected to provide the WiFi code and took me to a room I didn’t immediately realize was not the balcony room with garden view I had booked. I’d chosen the hotel on the basis of their kitchen, with dinner for 15 euro listed on booking’s website. I was informed there was no food on offer except bread, (no apology or suggestion as to where or how I might get a meal) since it was a holiday, which I had no idea of. I was exhausted and hungry and asked if maybe they had a bowl of soup. It was supposed to be goulash soup, but seemed to be a little goulash with other leftovers added to it. After being served the soup, I sat there being ignored in my exhaustion. When I finally went upstairs, I realized the room was not the room I’d booked. And that it was hot, lacking even a fan in the August heat, and noisy because it overlooked the street and cafe where a lively crowd was being served drinks. Instead of the garden view I’d booked. The bed was made up as if for winter. With the kind of knit bottom sheet you use to keep warm, and a heavy duvet. I tried phoning the desk to discuss these problems and see if I could get a fan. No answer. I was in no condition to go back down and search the crowd for the guy who’d been challenging to find at check in. Both he and Booking have made it difficult for me to get fairly refunded, even though the man admitted in writing on booking’s messaging platform to have given me the wrong room. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. I will no longer spend my money through this platform that treats guests so very poorly.

Сніданок нормальний

Cons:

При заселенні номер був погано прибраний, залишалося чуже сміття і шкарпетки. Це не те, чого очікуєш заплативши €130 за ніч в селі. Немає навіть маленького міні-холодильника
