Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See mit eigenem Badestrand und die Umgebung mitten in der Natur war super. Die Orte Pertisau und Maurach waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle war außerdem direkt am Hotel und die Benutzung kostenlos.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Lage direkt am See mit eigenem Seezugang ist wunderschön. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Aussicht ins Grüne, die für eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt dem Team dafür, dass am ersten Tag extra für uns die Sauna noch einmal eingeschaltet wurde. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut und es hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Cons:

Das Essen war für den vergleichsweise hohen Preis leider nicht besonders überzeugend. Zum Fisch wurden Salzkartoffeln serviert, die offensichtlich nicht frisch zubereitet waren, sondern bereits vorgekocht, gekühlt und anschließend wieder aufgewärmt wurden. Bei einem Gericht für 20 € hätte ich eine bessere Qualität und frischere Zubereitung erwartet.

super Lage ( am Wasser und die Berge rundherum), tolles Hotel, super Personal, der Ausblick ist phänomenal, Zimmer richtig großzügig gestaltet und schön eingerichtet
Tiefgaragenplatz ist auch vorhanden

Cons:

leider fehlte in Zimmer ein kleiner Kühlschrank, welcher nicht nur praktisch für Getränke ist, sondern auch oft für Medikamente benötigt wird.

leider ist die Lage direkt an der Straße etwas gefährlich, da es auch keine Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung gibt und man, wenn man an den Hoteleigenen Steg will, diese Straße überqueren muss
