Cons:

Сняли двойную оплату, до сих пор не вернул ни букинг , ни отель. Не дали чека, чтобы доказать оплату на месте. Фото не соответствует реальности. Старый грязный отель. В номере пахло сигаретами или чем-то затхлым. Персонал никак не помог, и сказал обратился в букинг. Со мной такое впервые.

לא תהיו מוכנים לתלונה שלי:
מלון מכוער,מזכיר בית ספר ישן
כשהגענו היה מאורר בחדר והמזגן לא עבד,ובנוסף המים באמבטיה לא ירדו. כשירדתי לפקידה להגיד על המזגן היא אמרה ״אוי,מזל שלא חם היום״ (גם לא הייתה מופתעת,כנראה ידעה) כמובן שטענתי שללא מזגן אני לא ישן. היא ציינה שאין לה טכנאים עכשיו וחדרים בקטגוריה שלנו אין,והאופציה היחידה שאו שנישאר שם או שנשלם עוד 30-40 יורו בערך לחדר אחר טיפה יותר טוב. כמובן שלא הסכמתי כי זאת לא בעיה שלי וכפיצוי הם רצו לתת לנו או 20 אחוז הנחה על השהייה או ארוחת בוקר חינם. מיותר לציין שלא לקחתי אף אחת מההעצות,לקחתי את המזוודות שלי והלכתי למלון קרוב מאוד,יקר ב10-20 יורו שהיה פי 30 ברמה. בקיצור לא ממליץ ועדיין מחכה להחזר הכספי שלי ולמענה גם מבוקינג וגם מהמלון. המלון הכי מזעזע שהייתי בו.
