Pros:

Ottima posizione, centro raggiungibile in una ventina di min a piedi o con la metro (a due passi dall'hotel), zona sicura anche per chi viaggia da solo.
Personale sempre presente, possibile effettuare il check in a qualsiasi ora. Camera e bagno puliti, ci sono tv e aria condizionata.

Posizione perfetta
Pros:

Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere il centro sia per l’andata e il ritorno in aeroporto con la metropolitana a pochi metri e fermate di tram e autobus altrettanto vicine. Staff gentilissimo, camera pulita con tutti i comfort, letto comodo, bagno comodo con tutti i servizi. Nei dintorni ci sono tutti i comfort, bar, ristoranti, supermercato (Billa è una delle catene di supermercati più diffusa e ce n’è una a pochi passi)

Cons:

Abbiamo letto che erano fornite le ciabatte, le abbiamo richieste tre volte in reception ci è sempre stato detto che la consegna da parte del fornitore non era stata effettuata.
La strada è abbastanza rumorosa, per me non è stato un problema ma potrebbe esserlo per chi ha il sonno leggero.

Está bien para disfrutar de Vienna a un precio que no te sablen , pero no tengas las expectativas de un hotel de 4*

La ubicación y el tamaño de la habitación, el personal muy amable

Cons:

Para un hotel de 4* se queda muy justito, los amenities tienes que pedirlos , las toallas no era de gran calidad, la limpieza algo deficiente entre día y día!

No tuve desayuno pero pobre el café, era de máquina y bastante soso para el precio de casi 5€

Tenían una consigna - almacén para dejar las maletas, pero seguridad 0

No air conditioning.
Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The hotel feels extremely run down and poorly maintained. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning — waking up in the middle of the night in a 30°C room with no way to cool it down was unbearable. Staff informed us that the air conditioning is only switched on from June 1st, which seems ridiculous given the summer temperatures before then.
The only alternative was to open the windows, but the street noise made it impossible to sleep properly. Had I known this in advance, I honestly would have booked another hotel. Definitely would not stay here again.

Cons:

The AC wasn't working though in the app it says it does, when I told the staff the reply was ohh thats unfortunate!
They knew that for a fact before I checked in the room because they put a fan instead of fixing it!
The tv had no working channel only radio! No netflix streaming! BS
And the mini bar was empty, not even water!
I had to buy it from the reception in the morning for €4.
Internet had a passward which was not provided
The staff was gone for 20+ minutes left no note and we were waiting for anybody to show up to check us in
And the city view and IDK what other views they say they have, do NOT fall for it, it was a wall!! Even sun light couldn't go through the window.
I would never recommend it to anybody!
I satyed because it was a terrible journey and that room made it alot worse
