Pros:

Location was perfect, staff very helpful, good breakfast

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable; the third bed—intended for a child—made a lot of noise. The same thing happened in both rooms we had booked.

In one room, the drinking water was replaced every day; in the other room, it was never replaced during the four days we stayed.

Pros:

Hotel má skvělou polohu v docházkové vzdálenosti do centra. Pokoj prostorný a čistý. Snídaně jsme nevyužili.

Cons:

Hotel nám naúčtoval městskou daň i přesto, že jsme je upozornili, že poplatek byl stržen rovnou přes booking při rezervaci. Odmítli se s námi o tom bavit a řekli, že pokud nezaplatíme, tak nás neubytují. Druhý den tam stejný problém řešil i další host. Okna našeho pokoje byla do dvora, ale probíhá tak rozsáhlá rekonstrukce a od 7:30 tam byl poměrně velký ruch ze stavby, což ve chvíli,kdy v hotelu trávíte dovolenou není ideální.

Buona posizione ma un hotel che non mi ha convinto del tutto
Pros:

La posizione. La struttura è davvero vicina al centro storico e al Prater. Inoltre in prossimità dell'hotel sono presenti bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e la fermata dei mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

La nostra camera era pulita e ben riscaldata. Tuttavia per essere un 4 stelle appare un pò trascurato nei dettagli. Mi è sembrato un hotel datato al quale hanno fatto un lifting ma solo parziale. Buoni gli arredi e i letti, così così le finiture. Vasca marrone con tenda in bagno ampiamente bocciata seppur acqua calda a volontà. Onestamente dalle foto pubblicate mi aspettavo decisamente di più. Ad un prezzo leggermente inferiore è comunque una valida soluzione per visitare il centro di Vienna senza necessariamente prendere i mezzi.

Said on facilities that there was a kettle coffee/tea machine slippers none and when asked for kettle said they didn’t think one was available one of the staff not very nice wasn’t very nice e to the customers in front of us hotel could do with been decorated a good bit not even a bin in the room for rubbish plug in sink got stuck o er all very very basic it said it was sound proof definitely not and couldn’t get the television to change to English
