Нам дали номер, который был значительно хуже, чем тот , который мы выбрали. Там не было выбранных нами удобств и номер был значительно меньше выбранного. Однако при оплате стоимость не была снижена, несмотря на нашу жалобу. Это - стопроцентный обман! Остерегайтесь подобной ситуации.

Wir hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Alpenwelt. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend – eine große Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der hochwertigen Bettwäsche und den flauschigen Handtüchern, die den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel gemacht haben.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

אנחהו שידרגנו ל הכל כלול. שזה אומר שאתה מכין לבדך כריכים לארוחת צהרים .
יש קפה ועוגה ב שעב 1600 עד 1700 . לא ניצלנו זאת .

ביקשתי אפשרות לחצי פנסיון בלבד אבל לא ניתן היה.
