Genussvoller und erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, herzlichen Empfang. Geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr feines Essen und schöne Wellnessanlage. Kein Wunsch war ihnen zu viel.

Geweldig hotel, waar we van minuut 1 genoten hebben: de kamer, de service en het eten!
Pros:

Dit hotel is één en al top. Als gast word je echt gezien en de service is perfect. De kamer was al helemaal top!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Die 3 Nachtessen waren perfekt. Der Koch versteht was. Der Wellnessbereich war top und alles ausserordentlich sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Het was er heel schoon , sauna was top , ontbijt en diner was erg goed, personeel heel vriendelijk en lief. Je kan de hele dag koffie en thee pakken als je dat wilt .
Sauna is geweldig alleen een beetje raar dat je door het hotel( langs het restaurant waar de mensen zitten te eten ) terug weer naar je kamer moet.
Maar dat vond ik dan het enige min puntje .

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen!
Vom ersten Moment an spürt man die familiäre Atmosphäre im Hotel Castell. Das gesamte Team – egal ob an der Rezeption, im Service oder auf den Zimmern – ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen.

Das Essen war einfach top: frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus ist absolut vorbildlich.

Ein Hotel, das man mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, alles was man für einen Tag Skifahren benötigt. Positiv auch die Mittagsjause und das abendliche 5-Gänge Menü

Es war familiär, der Service top und das Essen sehr lecker.

Das Hotel war ein Goldgriff für einen perfekten Urlaub in Serfaus!!!

Pekný hotel s mimoriadne príjemným personálom. Žiadna otázka alebo prosba nezostala nezodpovedaná. Vďaka za upgrade na veľmi priestrannú a pohodlnú suitu :-). Olovrant od 13-17 veľkorysý.

Cons:

Kulinarika hotela bola síce OK, raňajky aj večere štandardne zvládnuté, pri hoteli tejto cenovej kategórie je však namieste očakávať trošku vyššie nastavenú latku čo sa zostavovania menu týka aj invenčnosti a profesionality jeho prípravy.

Heel fijne rustige plek in serfaus.
Pros:

Rustige locatie. Fijne kamers met harde vloer. Gemoderniseerd kleinschalig hotel. Fijne sauna. Goede harde bedden. Prima geregeld met skilocker bij bucher naast de lift
