快適な部屋。シャワーも好みの温度に調整できた。

Jedermann zum Jedermann
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Gartenzimmer. Sehr angenehm und sicher. Im kleinen Garten kann gefrühstückt werden. Es ein guter Aufenthaltsort zum Lesen oder Spaziergang planen. Aufenthaltsraum ebenso sehr gemütlich, ein Wohnzimmer. Es gibt Automaten mit Getränke und Näschereien. Lage ist sehr gut. Der Bus Nr. 4 fährt in die Altstadt. Linzerstraße (Shopping-Meile) ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind eine kleine Herausforderung. Es ist ein höherer Gehsteig zu befahren ohne Schräge. Kann bei manchen Autos ein Problem sein.

Zimmer ok, Frühstück ok, Personal naja, Lage gut, komme nicht wieder

Cons:

Das Personal. Empfangsdame sehr unfreundlich.
Man soll einen Self-Check-in machen, obwohl da jemand sitzt. Self-Check-in nicht möglich, da das Hotel einem im Vorhinein die Email mit den Zugangsdaten nicht schickt. Erst wird man deswegen in Frage gestellt, dass man den Self-Check-in nicht kann und dann entschuldigt man sich nicht mal, dass einem die wichtigen Daten nicht zugeschickt werden. Angeblich hängt alle mit einer Systemumstellung zusammen. Da fragt man sich, was passiert, wenn man Stromausfall hat. Schläft dann jeder Gast draußen vor der Tür und das Hotel bleibt leer, nur weil die unhöfliche Empfangsdame einen zu einem nicht möglichen Self-Check-in nötigt?!

Nach kleinen Startschwierigkeiten ist alles perfekt gelaufen!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und in Summe einfach angenehm. Das Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet, vielseitig und sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Empfang war etwas holprig. Da ich zu früh angekommen bin, habe ich das Hotel gleich aufgesucht in der Hoffnung schon ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Nicht dass ich das eingefordert hätte, es war nur eine Frage meinerseits, aber allein die Begrüßung war allerdings von absolutem Unverständnis geprägt - zumindest durfte ich meinen Koffer dort lassen.

Sehr nett empfangen worden! Konnten sogar um zwei Tage verlängern ohne Zimmer zu wechseln.

Reinigungsfrau reinigt das Zimmer perfekt. Bravo!

Cons:

Aufzahlen für den Parkplatz finde ich schlecht, da es zu wenige Plätze gibt. Klappt nicht mit dem reservieren. Tja, Salzburg eben!
Schade, dass das Frühstückspersonal unfreuntlich ist. Auch an der Sauberkeit gibt es Mängel. (Denke da blieb von „Corona“ nichts hängen). Schade!

Very bad customer experience!!! Worst ever

One of the most worst experiences i ever had! I know why its not refundable! Because if it wasnt i would cancel the stay and walk away!!! Bad attitude from the customer service! Very bad attitude! The room has no big towels, no fridge, no phone to call reception, no slippers!! The buffet is very poor!!! I would never ever go back to that hotel again !!
