You get what you pay.
Pros:

Die Lage (unmittelbare Nähe zu unseren Kindern), Verkehrsanbindung - auch wenn die S-Bahn momentan in eine Richtung gesperrt ist.
Freundlichkeit der Dame an der Rezeption.
Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten ok.

Cons:

Nur eine Lampe an der Decke :-( Die beiden Lampen an der Wand funktionierten nicht!!! Wir mussten mit der Taschenlampe lesen, da auch kein Nachttischlämpchen vorhanden war. Kein Spiegel im Zimmer, nur ein Spiegel in der Duschkabine.
Zimmer im zweiten Stock und kein Lift, also den Koffer über ca 50 Stufen raufschleppen.
Sehr laut, da das Zimmer am Rennweg gelegen ist.

Cons:

Der Eingang war immer zugänglich und unbewacht. Um 4h Morgens hat ein fremder Mann an meiner Zimmertür sehr gewalttätig geklopft und geschrien. Die Türen waren sehr dünn und unsicher.

Außerdem war das Zimmer extrem heiß und es gab nur einen kleinen Ventilator zur Verfügung.

Pros:

El personal muy amable, y buena ubicación, con buses y tranvías cerca. Se llega al centro en 10 minutos.

Cons:

Hacía mucho calor en la habitación y el ventilador no enfriaba demasiado. Al dar mi habitación a la calle se escuchaba mucho el tranvía, pero con unos tapones se soluciona.

Ruhig und super gelegen. Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr nah an Bahnhof Rennweg (Schnellbahn zum Flughafen), man kommt schnell in die Innenstadt und das Belvedere errecht man zu fuß. Das Hotel ist in einen ruhigen Wohngegend. Bin immer wieder gerne hier. Preis-Leistung passt absolut!

Cons:

Ich bin zufrieden.
