Un bellissimo pernottamento
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è veramente ottima, in parte al fiume Inn e a non più di 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico.
Locale minimalista molto bene curato,.a partire dalla zona colazione, fino alla camera.
In particolare per quest'ultima, ci ha veramente sorpreso. Molto spaziosa e accogliente.
Il personale estremamente disponibile anche per eventuali intolleranze al lattosio nel caso in cui si voglia fare la colazione in struttura.
Inoltre è possibile richiedere un posto auto molto sicuro, per chi come me, è venuto in macchina.
Se mai dovessi ritornare, non ci penserei due volte ad alloggiare nuovamente.

Séjour agréable près des rives de l'Inn
Pros:

Personnel très aimable et serviable. Magnifique café attenant à l'hôtel. Emplacement idéal. Nous avions réservé une suite tout en haut — ce qui aurait sans doute été la chambre la plus chaude qui soit —, mais le responsable a proposé de nous installer dans une chambre située à l'arrière, donnant sur un jardin et à l'abri de la chaleur ; cela a rendu notre séjour bien plus confortable qu'il ne l'aurait été autrement.

Cons:

Il n'y a eu aucun problème, hormis une chaleur extrême à Innsbruck.

A deeply disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel
I stayed at Hotel Faktorei from 4 to 5 August 2026, in room 11. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and the way the management handled an incident affecting both my wife and me was, in my opinion, completely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.
The hotel is located close to the water, yet the rooms do not have insect screens on the windows. During our stay, the weather was very hot, and the room was not equipped with air conditioning. In fact, the manager herself recommended that we open the windows because of the heat.
During the night, I was bitten/stung by an insect, resulting in a visible and painful reaction on my leg. My wife was also bitten/stung. I am attaching photographs showing the marks and the reaction.
I immediately informed the hotel staff. They saw the marks themselves, and the hotel even provided me with a cream to treat the bite.
What happened afterwards was truly outrageous.
The manager's attitude was, in my experience, completely indifferent and lacking in empathy. Instead of showing genuine concern or taking the incident seriously, she suggested that I might have been bitten while riding my motorcycle.
So, apparently, I am expected to believe that the insects were running after me on the Austrian motorways while I was riding my motorcycle and decided to attack me there.
This explanation would almost be funny if the situation itself had not been so unpleasant.
I find it extremely concerning that, instead of investigating what happened, the management chose to speculate about where the insect might have encountered me. This is particularly disappointing given that the hotel has no insect screens on the windows, no air conditioning, and guests are actually advised to keep the windows open because of the heat.
I have reported the incident to the competent Austrian authorities and have also contacted a lawyer to handle the matter from a legal perspective.

Local incrível para vista do rio, estar perto do centro sem estar no centro. Desfrutar do café e da simpatia do staff.
Se estiver no verão optem pelos quartos com ar condicionado.

Cons:

Nada que desaponte o hospedagem mas talvez um ketlle no quarto de a comodidade de um chá a noite. Observacao: o expresso daqui é o melhor.
