Nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Personal war, bis auf die ältere Dame an det Rezeption, sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Wasser war von der Temperatur her angenehm.

Es gab weniger Auswahl beim Essen, als erwartet, aber das was es gab hat überwiegend gut geschmeckt.

Cons:

Alles war sehr alt, abgelebt und teilweise heruntergekommen. Das Schwimmbad war super chlorhaltig. Natürlich muss Chlor in das Wasser. Aber in dem Ausmaß waren nicht nur wir überrascht.

Das Zimmer hatte Flecken an den Wänden, die Küche war schmutzig, die Fugen im Bad Schimmlig. Wir hatten einfach etwas ordentlicheres erwartet und waren negativ überrascht.

Der Spielbereich im Keller ist unfassbar. Es riecht unangenehm. Man kann nicht lüften, weil es keine Fenster gibt. Es ist alles super alt, teilweise kaputt und hat die besten Tage hintersich.

Das Personal ist wirklich super super nett. Die Kellner geben ihr bestes. Da haben wir gern gjtes Trinkgeld gegeben.
Aber die ältere Dame an der Rezeption hat eine gabz unangenehme Art. Zu ihren jüngeren Kollegen war sie vor den Gästen wirklich respektlos. Sie lächelt und versucht es zu überspielen, aber sie war zu den Gästen unverschämt.

Wir haben uns unabhänig davon mit anderen Gästen unterhalten und sie meinten auch, dass die älteste Dame an der Rezeption unfreundlich und fast schon umverschämt zu ihnen war.

Am Ende muss man sich selbst einen Eindruck machen.
Wenn man mit den älteren, abgewohnten Zimmern klar kommt, die Lautstärke eines Familienhotels mit einplant und hauptsächlich die schöne Umgebung erkunden möchte, dann ist das Hotel in Ordnung.
Wir haben uns leider nicht ganz wohl gefühlt, weil die "Chefin" bzw. "ältere Dame" an der Rezeption uns kein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat und wir vom Preis/Leistingsverhältnis und wie das Hotel sich online verkauft - mehr erwartet hätten.

Great for families
Pros:

A comfy bed, clean room and a very quiet location, yet close to all amenities. Very beautiful part of Austria. Great for families. We really loved the swimming pool and the kids corners. Restaurant food was good enough. Easy to find, free parking, free pass for all cable lifts (only in the summer)

Cons:

Massage service was only available 3 days in the week we were there (mid of July) and no one told me upfront. The all inclusive formula actually includes a breakfast buffet, a small lunch bag (a sandwich and some fruit to go), and a dinner buffet. We were told that the only available dinner shift was from 5:30 to 7:00. No other choice. The bar was closed in the week we were there, and the drinks at the bistro were only served from noon to nine pm. In our room the toilet and the shower are very tiny.

Eine tolle Zeit mit unseren Kindern mit gutem Essen in einem tollen Hotel.
Pros:

Kinderfreundlich, sauber, gutes Essen

Cons:

Als einzigen Punkt ist vielleicht das Klappbett zu nennen, welches nicht ganz so bequem war :D

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, das Personal sehr nett, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.

Das Abendessen, naja, mehr auf deutsche Touristen ausgelegt.

Pros:

Wszystkie posiłki Super! Smaczne i urozmaicone. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Uprzejmość ,uśmiech i serdeczność na każdym kroku. Lokalizacja super.

Ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Familienurlaub!
Pros:

Die absolute Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals!
Im und um das Hotel war alles sehr sauber, übersichtlich und ordentlich. So ist es sehr angenehm für alle Gäste! Auch im Umland ist alles strukturiert und für Urlauber konzipiert.

Cons:

Es gibt NICHTS zu bemängeln!
