Shockingly poor for a “four star hotel”
Pros:

Honestly nothing.

Cons:

The humidity was outrageous, no ac and no turn over for the rooms. We had the same towels for three days. Nobody switched out our bed or made it. We needed transportation for a dinner the front desk said they would help. At the time none of the three taxis we asked for were there and the front desk was nowhere to be found at 3:20 pm even though the hours were until 4. Only in the fine print did it say we had to pay for breakfast which btw included flies and hair on two occasions we were hounded by the staff about owing them money for breakfast. Overall the condition of the room was a sauna none of the amenities were actually available and in general the staff was slow. I would ask for a refund.

Terrasse im Wellnessbereich nicht einladend, da ungepflegt. Steinboden bedarf einer Grundreinigung (Kärcher), die Holztische brauchen eine farbliche Auffrischung

Einchecken katastrophal!!! Buchung nicht gefunden. PIN völlig umsonst., da unbekannt. Teilnehmerin am Telefon spricht nicht deutsch. Zu Glück hat uns ein anderer Gast geholfen, Dauerte 30 Minuten !!!!! Dann wollte man uns das bereits bezahlte Frühstuck noch einmal verrechnen!!! Abzocke sondergleichen. Beim TV funktioniert nur 1 Programm (ORF) - Fußball WM ???!!!! Trotz Urgenz keine Reparatur. Auch die Betten werden nicht gemacht. Kaffeemaschine bei Frühstück funktionierte nicht. Unbedingt eine andere Absteige auswählen, absolut enttäuschend.

Extrem freundliche, kompetente und engagierte Rezeptionistin, auch Frühstückskellnerin super nett und freundlich. Köstliches Frühstückbuffet, sehr schönes Zimmer und gute Lage. Gratis Getränke den ganzen Tag im Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Zimmer wurde in 5 Tagen nicht gereinigt, Handtücher einmal gewechselt.

Große Enttäuschung
Pros:

Da gibt es leider sehr wenig, eigentlich nichts positives zu berichten. Wie dieses Hotel zu 4 Sternen kommt, ist mir völlig schleierhaft.

Cons:

Das Indoor Klimagerät ist nicht zur Raumkühlung geeignet. Dieses Gerät muss vom Kunden mit Wasser befüllt werden, kühlt aber den Raum trotzdem nicht.
Der Boden war nicht sauber. Bei der WC Spülung kommt kaum Wasser. Im Bad sind in den Bodenfliesen Reste einer abgebrochenen Duschwand zu sehen. Die Minibar besteht aus einem kleinen leeren Kühlschrank, der in einer Ecke am Boden steht. Die Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksraum funktioniert nur sporadisch. Um 9:45 wurden eher widerwillig Rühreier angemacht, obwohl sich die angegebene Frühstückszeit bis 10:00 erstreckt...
Die angebotene Suit (Zi. Nr. 304) ist für eine 4 Sterne Bewertung und den dafür bezahlten Preis eine Frechheit.
Ich bin einfach nur enttäuscht!

Etablissement bien situé au calme.
Pros:

belle chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée. beaucoup de rangements. bien situé en bordure de la ville, au calme avec parking. petit déjeuner correct. nous avons pu avoir notre chambre en avance ce qui était très agréable après la route faite en moto.
