een geweldig verblijf in een heel erg mooi authentiek ingericht hotel met hele erge ruime kamers
Pros:

Het diner was buitengewoon lekker met een uitstekende salad-bar prima voorgerecht hele lekkere hoofdmaaltijd en uistekend desert voor een ongelooflijk lage prijs! Daarbij was de bediening heel stipt en attent en bijzonder prettig in de communicatie

Die Räumlichkeiten und Zimmer sind sauber und ansprechend. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut da man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß in Gmunden ist.

Cons:

Das einzige Manko war der Service beim Frühstücksbuffet. Als wir gegen 09.00h zum Frühstück kamen gab es weder Semmeln noch Wurst und die Tische waren von den Vorgängern angeräumt und es dauerte ca. 10 Minuten, bis das Personal in die Gänge kam.

Kommen sicher nicht wieder / Preis Leistung passt überhaupt nicht

Frühstück: 8:45 fast alle Säfte leer / Wurstplatte fast leer / Rührei und Speck leer / viel zu wenig Platz manche mussten (durften) bei ca. 15° im Freien frühstücken / auf frisches Gebäck 15 min gewartet ebenso auf Rührei (Speck kam gar nicht mehr) / Nachlegen generell länger gedauert / Person(al) überfordert.. war nur eine Person!
Zimmer: Standard Doppelzimmer / kein Schrank nur Regal / Schmutz von Vorgänger am Boden (auch noch am 2.Tag)

Grundsätzlich sehr schön, auf den Fotos! Ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Abflüsse im Bad verstopft!!! Keine Seife in der Dusche. Wellnessbereich nicht beschreiben/auffindbar. Bar am Samstag nicht offen. Kaffee sehr wässrig, nicht gut.

Die Betten waren sehr angenehm und die Vorhänge haben sehr gut abgedunkelt, sodass es im Zimmer bei geschlossenen Vorhängen tatsächlich dunkel ist. Das ist leider in vielen Hotels nicht der Fall.

Cons:

Es handelt sich angeblich um ein 4-Sterne Hotel. Die Erwartung, die man an ein solches Hotel haben kann, wurde bei uns nicht erfüllt. Angefangen hat es damit, dass an einem Freitag um 18 Uhr die Rezeption (offenbar planmäßig) nicht besetzt ist und man über einen Screen einchecken muss. Während dieses virtuellen Eincheckens wird versucht, einem ein Frühstück für EUR 78,-- (2 Nächte, 2 Personen) zu verkaufen, obwohl in der Buchung das Frühstück inkludiert ist und das System auch sonst die meisten Daten aus der Reservierung übernommen hat. Im Zimmer findet man dann ein Schild, dass "zu Randzeiten" das Warmwasser "bis zu 10 Minuten dauern kann". Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Die Zimmer waren sauber und weitestgehend funktional, aber auch sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war enttäuschend, weil ua entweder 15min vor Frühstücksende gar keine Eierspeise mehr da war oder diese schlicht nicht gut aussah. Der Kaffeeautomat war am zweiten Morgen angeschüttet und hatte ein großes Hinweisschild, dass man bitte ja nur Kaffee ohne Milch auswählen solle. Offenbar gab es hier ein technisches Problem. Der Espresso war selbst für einen Maschinenkaffee grausig. Eine insgesamt wirklich enttäuschende Erfahrung in Anbetracht des sehr hohen Preises.

Pros:

Hotel muy cómodo, limpio y habitación muy amplia con jacuzzi. Camas muy cómodas y almohadas fantásticas. Desayuno abundante. Hotel apartado del bullicio de la carretera principal. Entorno fantástico. Repetiría sin duda. Check in fácil e intuitivo.

Cons:

Tan sólo que necesitas vehículo para moverte por el entorno que está un poco apartado.
