Pros:

Godt og børnevenligt hotel, mulighed for store “lejligheds”-værelser til den store familie! God service og udemærket mad. Mest til de lidt mindre børn, omend vores 9-årige også hyggede sig med at øve sit tyske og engelske med personalet i børneklubben.

Cons:

Hjemmesiden viser ikke ret meget, vores datter ville helt vildt gerne prøve ponyer som hjemmesiden foreskriver, men da vi ankommer og ser ugeprogrammet er det kun om mandagen, hvor vi ikke var der. Ikke ret meget engelsksproget info på skrift, men heldigvis kan det meste personale tale fint engelsk.

Das Personal ist der Oberhammer, unglaublich gastfreundlich, es wird versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Für Kinder ist einiges geboten im Hotel. Wirklich super

This is not Kinderhotel, Unfortunately, this is basically basic adaptation of some normal Hotel… We were in some other hotels from Familotel chain and there we were able to let kids playing with others and knowing that they are safe. Here they were able to go anywhere, even really easy outside on the street. I paid for „All Inclusive“ but then we paid for all that we drank extra. Also because of traffic jam on the day of arrival we came half an hour after lunch time, then we asked if is possible that kids get something to eat, we got nothing. If you call yourself Kinderhotel, then this should be more flexible and more safe for them. Kids should play and parents should have time for them to relax knowing that they will not go alone outside on the street or on the Pool.

Tolle ruhige Lage. Immer freundliches und bemühtes Personal! Tolle Kinderbetreuung im Kids Club!!! Wirklich sehr leckeres Essen und Vielfalt!

Cons:

Info das die Getränke von der Bar direkt bei den Kellnern bestellt werden können im Restaurant anstatt der Bär wären anfangs toll gewesen. Aber wer fragt bekommt auch Hilfe. Wer nicht auf den Mund gefallen ist findet sich Recht schnell zurecht und findet die fehlenden Informationen die er braucht! Also nicht schlimm.
