Pros:

Außergewöhnlich und besonders war die Freundlichkeit der Menschen im Service.
Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre im Haus sehr angenehm und ich habe mich dort ausnahmslos wohl gefühlt.
Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, noch einmal dort meinen Wanderurlaub zu verbringen.

Cons:

In der Zimmerausstattung wäre ein Wasserkocher und ein kleiner Kühlschrank eine gute Ergänzung gewesen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar reichlich, aber eher "fleischlastig". Hier hätte mir mehr Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Alternativen gefallen.

Ein kleines Paradies in das ich sehr gerne zurückkommen werde!
Pros:

Es war einfach Alles schön! Sehr freundliche Menschen, tolles Hotel und tolle Umgebung, wie im Paradies! Das Frühstück war sehr gut, gute Eierspeisen, und eine tolle Auswahl! Alles sehr frisch und regional!

Cons:

Ich hab lange nachgedacht, aber ich finde nichts! Es war Alles bestens! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Perfektes Hotel auf dem E5, welches einem das Gefühl von Luxus vermittelt
Pros:

Ein wenig Luxus nach einigen Etappen auf dem E5? Schaut nicht weiter, hier seid ihr absolut richtig. Zimmer, Restaurant und Frühstück waren traumhaft. Würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen und kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Pros:

Great location in the very heart of the village, yet the rooms and overall atmosphere are very quiet and peaceful. Excellent rooms, saunas, and pool. Everything is new and extremely clean. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options, including freshly made eggs and omelets prepared to order. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help. They also have a great wine selection.

Cons:

The dinner on our first day, however, was disappointing. The lamb roast arrived cold inside, which made it seem as though it had been reheated from the fridge. Although it was one of the more expensive dishes, the portion consisted mostly of bones with only a small amount of meat, so it was definitely not worth the price. The salmon was also nothing special — I’ve had much better, and I honestly prepare it better at home.

We didn’t try any of the other dinner options, as on the following days we were out all day eating at mountain huts and restaurants and didn’t feel like having dinner at the hotel.

Overall, the hotel is excellent, including the outstanding breakfast, but the dinner experience was clearly below the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Geri pusryčiai, labai švarūs kambariai, pirmame aukšte jauki erdvė su židiniu, kur gali pasimėgauti popietine arbatėle su štrudeliu. Labai patiko baseinas ir pirtys, Labai gera viešbučio lokacija - visai šalia keltuvai ir autobuso stotelė, jei nori dar daugiau slidinėjimo trasų. Puikus a la carte restoranas - maistas itin skanus, yra vaikiškas meniu. Personalas labai mandagus, suteikia daug informacijos, rekomendacijų.

Cons:

Viešnagė buvo per trumpa - būtume norėję pabūti dar ilgiau.

A fantastic experience at one of the cutest alpine hotels with fantastic amenities and wonderful staff!
Pros:

So many things. The location in the cutest of little Alpine towns, the spa, the restaurant, but MOST importantly the staff were all SO fabulous. This is a family owned and operated hotel and we were interacting with them the entire trip. They were wonderful!

Cons:

Loved everything.
