Pros:

hotel se nachází v centru, velmi dobrá dostupnost k lázním, pokoj velmi hezky vybaven, snídaně byla výborná.

Cons:

na pokoji nám chyběla klimatizace. V době velkých teplot to bylo znám a nedalo se moc dobře spát.

Premium Zimmer: Kalkflecken auf den Duscharmaturen + dreckiger Teppich Einleger ( viele Haare, muss einfach mal richtig ausgeklopft werden - regelmäßiger )

Perfekt für eine Nacht, aber nicht länger.
Pros:

Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag in dem Hotel.

Positiv aufgefallen ist uns das saubere Zimmer, der super Service, da man selbst um 19 Uhr Abends noch anrufen kann und jemanden erreicht, die kostenlosen Parkplätze und die Anbindung nach Wels und Linz. Das Hotel ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage.

Cons:

Verbesserungsfähig wäre die Dusche, da der Schlauch vom Duschkopf undicht war und der Abfluss leider nicht gerade sauber, sowie die Duschtür, da diese am Boden entlang schleift und nicht dicht ist, während dem duschen ist da wasser rausgelaufen.

Leider hatten wir auch auf der Bettwäsche einen Fleck. Das Frühstück war soweit ganz ok, jedoch hat mir hier eine größere Auswahl an Käse und Frischkäse gefehlt außerdem war die Butter ein komplettes Stück, wo sich jeder bedienen kann, da fände ich Mini verpackte Butter hygienischer.

Zudem hat uns eine Klimaanlage gefehlt, denn bei 35 Grad wärmt sich das Zimmer ganz schön auf. Auch hat uns ein Minikühlschrank gefehlt um zb Getränke abzukühlen.

Pros:

Die Lage war super, ideal, wenn man in die Therme möchte. Man bekommt vom Hotel eine 50%-Ermäßigung für den Thermenaufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hat eine Glaswand. Das Klo schaut direkt auf direkt auf das Bett und die Eingangstür. Das hätte man auf jeden Fall besser lösen können.
