Solange diese Managementfehler existieren, würde ich das Hotel trotz gutem Preis nicht weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Absolut einmalige Lage mit wunderschönem Seeblick
Nettes Personal
Parkmöglichkeit in der eigenen Tiefgarage

Cons:

Teppiche im Zimmer voller Flecken und sehr alt.
Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool und am See.
Die Bar hat am Montag und Dienstag geschlossen.
Housekeeping hat und vergessen und kam schlussendlich erst um 17:00.
Dreckiges Geschirr von ehemaligen Gästen würde am Frühstück nicht abgeräumt

Pros:

Przestronny pokój z dużym balkonem i widokiem na jezioro. Wygodne łóżko, świetna, naprawde duża wanna i ciepły szlafrok. Bardzo urozmaicone i smaczne śniadanie.

Es waren sehr schöne Tage mit herrlicher Frühstücksterrasse.
Pros:

Große Balkon-Terrasse mit Ausblick vom Bett über den See.
Schönes Hallenbad und eigene Liegewiese direkt vorm Hotel.

Lage top, Personal sehr nett , Zimmer war naja.
Pros:

Das Personal war super nett. Lage traumhaft. Pool war relativ sauber. Frühstück okay alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schon abgewohnt, der Teppich war fleckig und der Sessel war abgenutzt. In dem Bad gab es nur eine Badewanne,worin geduscht wurde, für älter Menschen schwierig reinzukommen.

Pros:

Sehr sauber – das Zimmer war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand und wirkte gepflegt.

Sehr leise – ideal zum Entspannen und Ausruhen.

Sehr großer Balkon mit schönem Garten- und Seeblick – ein echtes Highlight des Aufenthalts.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit zur Kaffee- oder Teezubereitung im Zimmer. Eine kleine Ausstattung dafür wäre sehr wünschenswert gewesen.

Keine Hausschuhe vorhanden, obwohl ich diese in einer Unterkunft dieser Kategorie erwartet hätte.

Erholsam Tage am Strand und auch un der Stadt

Das tolle Panorama und die Lage
Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter besonders der Barkeeper!
Es waren alle sehr bemüht, das Hotel wurde neu übernommen und die Mannschaft ist sehr bemüht die wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen!

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist noch ausbaufähig!
Es gab noch keine Tischinfos über Aktivitäten und Veranstaltungen, und die Tische waren nicht ausreichend gedeckt!
Es wurde aber alles auf Anfrage sofort erledigt!:)
