Pros:

Sehr schönes, uriges Hotel mit wunderbarer Einrichtung, man kommt sich z.T. tatsächlich wie in einer Burg oder einem Schloss vor. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man es "besonders" mag.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren für meinen Geschmack etwas hart, aber das ist sicher persönliches Empfinden.

War auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht mit Motorrad
Pros:

Alles sehr sauber, Zimmer gut, das Essen (HP) war auch lecker, Frühstück mehr als ausreichend, kann man empfehlen.

Pros:

Gyönyörű 5 napot töltöttünk e a Hotel Neue Burgban. A hotel hű a nevéhez, mintha egy várban lettünk volna. Nagyon segítőkész és barátságos személyzet és főnökség van. Az ételek nagyon finomak😊. Közel van dél Tirolhoz és Svájchoz. Köszönünk mindent🥰

Pros:

Hotel non lontano dal centro del paese, oggettivamente la struttura è un po' datata ma la gentilezza del personale, la possibilità di ricoverare gratuitamente la moto in garage, il ristorante e la colazione rendono il soggiorno piacevole.

Pros:

Frühstück ist immer mit einer riesigen Auswahl, frisch und es wird jederzeit nachbestückt. Essen ist auch sehr abwechslungsreich und ist zur Auswahl. Kleine Gänge mit interessanten und leckeren Kombinationen.

Sauber grosses Zimmer . Frühstück sehr gut

Wir kamen nach 20Uhr mit dem MTB an, zum essen gabs nix mehr und in ganz Nauders nur ein (1) Lokal in dem es nach 21 Zhr noch was zu essen gab ...Sauna uns Pool sind nur bis 19Uhr offen( wer geht am Nachmittag in die Sauna?) . Insgesamt o.k. - aber viel zu teuer für die Leistung

Very good value for money with half-board. Great location for cyclists.
Pros:

I arrived at around 13:00 and my room was ready for me which was very much appreciated.
Food at Dinner and Breakfast was fantastic. I had half-board and was offered choices for starters, main course and dessert. The choices were good and my selection was perfectly cooked, and very good.
The breakfast selection was large and comprehensive.
My room was big, clean, comfortable and quiet. I slept really well.
The indoor secure bike room (which was the ski room) was perfect for storing my bike overnight.

Cons:

The indoor pool was in a glass enclosed room and was really hot having been in the baking sun all day in Summer. The water was nice and warm but the air was too hot for my comfort so I left the pool after a quick dip. I imagine it would be nicer in Winter. It would have been good if the pool room had some ventilation for Summer time to prevent it getting so hot.
The hotel is showing some signs of age in the flaking paintwork around the windows, but still operates perfectly as a hotel.

Sehr umfangreiches und gutes Frühstück.
Auch Abendessen gut. Evtl. Könnte man für Vegetarier auch etwas anbieten (Fisch, Gemüseplatte, Gratiniertes….) ist nur zur Anregung, ansonsten alles in allem gutes Essen
