Pros:

Schönes Schloss, großzügiges und sauberes Zimmer, schönes Ambiente, gutes Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Wellnessbereich macht einen modernen und guten Eindruck.

Cons:

Preis/Leistung beim Abendessen war nicht ok, 17.-Euro für lieblose rote Rübe als Vorspeise mehr als grenzwärtig, Service bemüht aber schwierig. Restaurant keine Empfehlung.
Hotelpool verwahrlost, Paradies für Frösche und Kaulquappen, welche in der Nacht ein lautes Konzert veranstalteten.

War eine besondere Erfahrung.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut und wurde extra für uns früher geöffnet. Das fand ich sehr entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Das Personal war zuvorkommend, aber auf Grund der wirtschaftlichen Lage, angespannt.

Ein wunderbarer Ort
Pros:

Die Lage des Schlosses ist ideal für Wanderungen und Besichtigungen im Raum Zwettl, die Sauna mit Ruheraum sind sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind sehr gut. Man kann auch ebikes ausleihen. Großer Parkplatz.
Wir waren schon einige Male auf Kurzurlaub dort und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Ein großes Plus für die Lage und das Ambiente, welches das Schloss aber schon vorgibt. Ungünstig wirkt sich der Geruch zum Zimmer aus. Beim Frühstück war die Erwartung schön etwas höher. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Auswahl beim Frühstück - vegetarisch. Dekoration könnte mehr "schlossmäßig".

Dated decor slightly tacky pictures of women in 80s style, disorganized staff, no alternative dinner options, no indoor pool, had to ask for sauna to be put on but then no stream room was put on couldn’t be bothered to ask ask again, bed terrible sagged in the middle very uncomfortable, stairs in room, breakfast not fresh fruit / vegetable. Overall very disappointing and over priced.
